湔江河谷位于四川省彭州市北部，距离彭州城区约10公里。彭州市为成都市代管县级市，位于成都市西北方向, 距成都市区约30公里，总体定位为成都市北郊新城。湔江河谷生态区位于彭州龙门山山地旅游集聚区核心区。

Jianjiang River Valley is in the north of Pengzhou City, Sichuan Province and about 10km fromdowntown Pengzhou, and the latter is a county-level city of Chengdu City, inthe northwest of Chengdu City and about 30km from downtown Chengdu. Positionedas a new city in north Chengdu, Jianjiang River Valley is also the core area ofPengzhou Longmen Mountains Tourist Area.

湔江发源于海拔4020米彭州龙门山银厂沟红龙池，湔江下游海拔约700米，湔江水系是古蜀文明的发源地之一。湔江河谷主要包括丹景山、新兴、通济、小鱼洞、龙门山、白鹿等六镇，外围协调区域还包括磁峰、桂花和葛仙山等镇。孕育在群山中的湔江河谷是彭州山地旅游核心区，河谷最宽处达2公里，这种“高地河谷”在成都乃至全国都十分罕见。立足于“湔江河谷生态旅游功能区”的打造，湔江河谷将发展成为我市山地生态旅游的靓丽名片。

The origin of Jianjiang is Honglong Pond, Yinchang Valley,Longmen Mountains, Pengzhou at an altitude of 4,020m, and the downstreamposition of Jianjiang is at an altitude of about 700m. Jianjiang River Systemis one of the birthplaces of the ancient Sichuan civilization. Jianjiang RiverValley mainly covers Danjingshan Town, Xinxing Town, Tongji Town, XiaoyudongTown, Longmenshan Town, and Bailu Town, with the peripheral coordinated areacovering Cifeng Town, Guihua Town, and Gexianshan Town. Surrounded bymountains, Jianjiang River Valley is at the core of Pengzhou mountain tourismand reaches 2km at its widest. Such “highland valley” is rare in Chengdu andeven in the country. With the construction of the Jianjiang River ValleyEco-Tourism Area, Jianjiang River Valley will develop into a beautiful businesscard of the mountain eco-tourism of the city.

为汇聚全球智慧，构建成都的世界山地生态旅游目的地，彭州市正式启动“湔江河谷生态旅游区总体设计概念方案”的全球征集工作。

To pool together the global wisdom and construct a worldmountain eco-tourism destination of Chengdu, Pengzhou City will launch theCompetition for the Conceptual Masterplan of Jianjiang River Valley soon.

本次征集活动面向全球公开，欢迎具有相关旅游规划、城市设计、建筑设计经验的设计机构积极参与。

This competition is open to the world, and design agencies withrelevant experience in tourism planning, urban design, and architectural designare welcome to participate.

一、项目概况

I. Project Overview

1、项目名称：湔江河谷生态旅游区总体设计概念方案

1. Name: Conceptual Masterplan of Jianjiang River Valley

2、项目地点：中国.四川成都.彭州

2. Location: Pengzhou, Chengdu, Sichuan Province, China

3、项目规模：本项目规划范围涉及湔江河谷9个镇，重点为核心区域6个镇，总面积150平方公里。

3. Scale: The planning scope of this project involves 9 towns of JianjiangRiver Valley, with the focus on the 6 towns in the core area, and the totalarea of 150km2.

二、征集人：四川龙门山文化旅游发展有限公司

II. Host: Sichuan Longmen Mountains Cultural Tourism Development Co., Ltd.

三、申请人资格要求：须具备如下条件之一

III. Qualification Requirements for the Applicant: theapplicant must meet at least one of the following requirements

    1、申请人为我国大陆机构的，须为独立法人。允许组成联合体，成员单位中必须有1个具有城乡规划编制甲级资质及以上资质；

    1. If the applicant is a domestic agency, itmust be an independent legal entity. Joint design participation of the domesticagencies is allowed and it must guarantee at least one of the group membersshall have Grade A qualification for urban-rural plan compilation and abovequalification;

2、申请人为我国港、澳、台机构的，须在其所在地具有合法的营业及设计许可；

2. If theapplicant is an overseas agency or an agency from Hong Kong, Macao or Taiwan,it must be the agency with local legal business license and design license;

3、申请人为境外机构的，须在其所在国家或地区具有合法营业及设计许可；

3. If the applicantis a foreign agency, it must be the agency with legal business license anddesign license in its country or region;

4、接受具备上述1-3项中任意两项或以上条件的机构组成的联合体申请人。

4. Join design groupshall meet any two or more of the requirements mentioned in above 1-3.

四、本次征集的总体设计概念方案，将基于湔江河谷人文内涵、景观及旅游产业资源，突出生态优先、产业引领，构建产业生态圈为核心的湔江河谷旅游发展愿景，主要的规划设计内容为：河谷区域总体定位及愿景规划、区域旅游发展提升策略、区域景观及㺽境、基础设施、公共服务等系统之规划以及河谷新城之概念规划及城市设计等。

Based on the connotation of humanism, landscape and tourismresources of Jianjiang River Valley, the conceptual masterplan shall create an ecosystem-orientedindustry development vision by the guide of the ecological priority andindustry development. Planning and design contents include overall positioningand vision planning of the valley, tourism development strategy, landscapedesign, environment design, infrastructure design, public service system designand conceptual urban design of the new valley city.

具体设计内容将于正式公告内发布.

Detailed design contents will be launchedin the official announcement.

五、本次征集活动将设6名入围单位名额，经过方案评审，评选出前三名优胜单位，进入定标环节，由政府及招标人在前三名中确定中标单位。

6 shortlisted competitors will be selected after thequalification review. And then the scheme review will select the top 3 winnersand the government and the client will decide the final winner within these top3 winners.

本次征集活动奖金丰厚，6家入围单位将分别获得150万人民币的设计补偿费，进入前三名的优胜单位，除第一名获得设计深化的《设计合同》外，第二、三名将再获得150万人民币的奖金。

 The 6 shortlistedcompetitors will each get a compensation of RMB1,500,000. And The final winner ofthe top 3 winners will be awarded with a design contract, while the other twoof the top 3 winner will be awarded with a bonus of RMB1,500,000.
