2020 DIA中国设计智造大奖COVID-19设计解决方案全球征集令

突如其来的新冠肺炎疫情，使得全球都不可避免的卷入一场“战疫”。危机与机遇并存，在给传统产业带来冲击的同时，也伴随着新兴产业的蓬勃生机。从个人防护用品到社会公共卫生管理系统，从协同办公到在线教育，从外卖服务到无接触式运输，从城市健康码到远程医疗系统，从健康监控到精神疏导……社会的诸多领域皆蕴藏着新的机遇与挑战。

在这场全球性的“战疫”中，各行各业都面临着何去何从，设计亦不能独善其身。今天的设计立足在过去与未来的夹缝之间，肩负着时代的担当与使命。DIA作为设计界极具人文关怀的国际化学院奖，一直坚持探索设计对于人类的更大价值，实现更高理想。

DIA将以今年新增设的概念奖板块为基础，聚焦主题“COVID-19设计解决方案全球征集”，鼓励跳出传统桎梏、超越自我藩篱的创新，将危机作为思考未来设计价值及颠覆性转型的源动力，鼓励为真实世界而设计，为美好未来去智造。同时，今年DIA将在佳作展中特别开设疫情专题展区，将与疫情相关的优秀的产业奖作品及概念奖作品集中展示。

在此，DIA组委会联合所有合作伙伴共同发起设计倡议，呼吁全球制造企业、设计公司、设计院校等设计力量围绕“COVID-19设计战役”针对以下议题提出创新思路：

• 如何提高公共安全事件的应对机制？
• 如何保护弱势群体，体现人道关怀？
• 如何优化医疗系统？
• 如何在用户隐私和公共安全之间找到平衡？
• 如何实现健康办公和智能化办公？
• 如何提高在线教育的体验和社会价值？
• 如何保障医生、快递员等新人类战士的生命安全？
• 如何将疫情转危为机，实现产业的快速转型？
• 其他与公共安全相关的设计创新方案。

我们期待所有的优秀设计能在金秋如约而至。

Design Challenge for COVID-19

The outbreak of COVID-19 is a challenge to the whole world. All industries are facing such challenges, but DIA believes that it’s not just a crisis but also an opportunity for all of us. Standing in between the past and the future, DIA, as the first international academic award in industrial design in China, undertakes the mission of promoting design to realize lofty ideals for our social life and economic development. DIA adheres to the value of “Intelligence of Humanity, Wisdom of Life, Fusion of Tech & Art, Brain of Industry”, and it has affected 56 countries and regions from five continents so far.

DIA added Concept Group in the DIA award, focusing on the theme of “Design Challenge for COVID-19”, which encourages designers to create and transcend themselves. The crisis will be a driving force for people to consider design values and innovation changes in the future. Design for the world, create for the future. This year, a special exhibition area “Design Challenge for COVID-19” will be involved in the DIA annual exhibition, displaying awarded works from industry group and concept group.

DIA Committee initiated the design proposal with all partners jointly, call for the solution about “Design Challenge for COVID-19” from global manufacturing companies, design organizations, institutions, media, individual designers, etc.

• How to optimize the mechanism to cope with public security incidents? 
• How to protect vulnerable groups and reflect humane care? 
• How to optimize the medical system? 
• How to find a balance between user privacy and public safety? 
• How to realize a healthy and intelligent office environment? 
• How to improve the experience and social value of online education? 
• How to ensure the life security of doctors, couriers and other services in all industries? 
• How to turn the epidemic into an opportunity and realize the rapid transformation of the industry? 
• Other design innovations solution related to public safety.
