「台北设计奖」,以「Design for Adaptive City:为不断提升的城市而设计」之精神,不断的向全世界热爱创意、设计的人士形塑「设计台北、梦想台北」的城市品牌意象,并公开征选杰出国际设计作品,打造台北市成为创意设计汇流平台,藉以发掘具商机潜力的创意设计、鼓励社会设计意涵,主张设计使人类生活更美好更便利。
今年「台北设计奖」迈入第13届,虽然新冠肺炎疫情让全球笼罩在病毒的阴影下,却阻挡不了全球设计师用设计力解决人类共同的社会问题,为城市带来不断改变与创新契机的信念。
本届「台北设计奖,共有来自72个国家及地区,高达5,508件作品参赛,征件数为历史新高,其中国际设计师作品比例近7成,业界人士参赛比例亦超过5成,表示市府在塑造「设计台北、梦想台北」的城市品牌意象的里程碑,未来也持续推动将台北市作为设计产业的汇流平台。

我们许多人现在都生活在快节奏的城市生活中,“绿色出行”是我们提倡的生活方式。我们以环保,持续、智能为设计理念,设计出ALL -WALKER智能城市平衡车。ALL -WALKER具有多种形式,可以适应不同年龄层的人,也适用不同的环境。我们主要把平衡车、助步车与轮椅车进行整合设计,通过简单地装卸实现三种形态之间相互切换,一车多用,以满足用户的生活方式不断变化的需求。

環境滅火器

滅火器是公共場所以及住家必備的防災用品,但是通常滅火器的樣子無法融入環境。放在地上的滅火器常成為一個空間中突兀且擋路的存在。然而,因為火災發生時必須要能快速找到且立即取用,因此滅火器不能藏起來或放在不方便取用的位置。由於上述情況,想要設計一個可以裝在牆壁上並將其較醜陋的構造隱藏的滅火器,由牆壁的平面延伸作為主要造型,同時維持防災器具所要具備的容易發現和簡易使用的特性,讓空間中必備的消防設備不再是破壞環境一體性的多餘存在。

The wheelchair and the walker are integrated, so that the user can change it into another appearance for use with simple operation, and optimize the whole use process and function.

位在越南的洞里薩湖有幾座漂浮的村落。有許多人生活在湖上,而因為這樣的環境,造就了他們較特別的生活方式。當處在豐水期時,船反而是他們最主要的交通工具,他們藉由船來完成許多事情像是捕魚、交易、上學等等,船隻成為他們在此處最重要的生活工具之一。許多兒童在尚未學會游泳前是無法入學受教育的,他們不能承擔上學溺斃的風險,因此許多父母在會延遲他們的教育,直到八到十歲才能開始上學,也因此他們無法獲得完整的基本教育。PONY是針對這群在學齡階段的兒童所設計的一套船組,希望能改善他們上學的安全問題。該船組在設計上採用模組化設計,能夠隨著使用者需求而改乘載數,在船體上設計也比一般木船更不容易傾翻,以符合安全、穩定的原則。

Learning to walk and ride should be easy for the very young, encouraging them into a lifetime of carbon-free mobility. But children grow up fast. Can we design a simple ride-on that fits perfectly and supports each development stage from 12months to school? Waste is a major concern in the US$ 20 billion-a-year global toy industry, where 90% of toys are made from plastic. Most toys end up as landfill. Wishbone Bike RE2 should set a new standard in bike and toy design, minimising raw materials and transforming waste into heirlooms.

Essential for the reinterpretation of the frame structure was the demand for a balanced relationship between form and function, which led to an aesthetic and user-oriented overall appearance. At the same time, we attach great importance to a sustainable value chain, which is why we have anchored the majority of our production regionally in Germany.
移動縫紉工作站

在時尚產業的背後,其實隱藏著大量的紡織廢棄料。快時尚的興起更加速了廢棄布料的產生,然而這些浪費卻鮮少被社會大眾了解。紡織廢料除了大眾常知道的二手衣物外,其實還有瑕疵布、樣品布等還能夠再利用卻被拋棄的布料。這個作品希望透過移動縫紉工作站,將布藝作品的製作像是一場表演過程展示給社會大眾。並非透過成品,而是透過接觸完整的製程,讓民眾了解廢棄布料可以如何被利用以及這些布料背後的來源故事。

此作品靈感來源於壹種廣泛分布於自然界中的有機結構——3D voronoi結構,像動物的骨骼、烏龜殼甚至是草莖的內部都填充著這種結構,這是自然進化的結果,這種結構賦予了有機體完美的物理性能,使其在輕量化、穩定性以及能量交互之間達到完美平衡,現在我們借助參數化技術將這種神奇的結構應用於頭盔的改良設計之中,希望在輕量化和安全性之間找到最佳平衡點,借助大自然的神奇力量為人們提供更安全、更舒適、更時尚的穿戴保護。這個頭盔的最大的特點就是運用參數化技術結合仿生學生成了外層的受力體系,與傳統片狀保護外殼的不同之處在於它是壹個完整的仿生學三維受力體系,當受到外力沖擊時它可以保持更好的穩固性,它的多孔性特征則讓頭盔在安全性和輕量化之間取得完美的平衡點,同時也使頭盔具備了更好的透氣性能和壹個有機的炫酷外形。我們運用參數化技術對隨機分布於腔體之中結構采樣點進行了力學模擬實驗,用得出的數據反作用於采樣點使之更加合理的分布,在此基礎之上用算法生成完整的結構體系,得益於參數化技術的便利性,這使得我們可以更加直接地控制整個結構體系的密度參數以及支撐桿件的規格參數,最後我們通過對得到的結構再壹次進行力學模擬,模擬的結果反饋作用於控制參數,使最終的結果能夠適應於不同的使用人群和使用場景。

This product is targeted to be used by Ophthalmologists in developing countries who are looking for affordable yet versatile solutions for eye testing. This is also aimed to be used by public sector medical institutes for eye testing camps that require portable and easy to use device. C3 vision uses a flashlight to generate a beam of light through a slit and register the reflection of light through a smartphone camera. The smartphone behaves as the view finder of the slit lamp which enables the user to capture store and transmit ophthalmic data. User can perform variety of exams like slit, diffuser test and blue filter for diagnosis of majority of anterior segment diseases.

Kata is an ergonomic range of monitor arms with over 100 possible configurations, offering more flexibility than any other system. Particular focus was given to the quality of the motion. We developed a unique weight compensating gas spring mechanism which can be tuned for a variety of monitor weights; delivering smooth, consistent movement. Kata was designed for ESI in USA and developed with a Taiwanese partner. Kata is fully manufactured in Taiwan. Incorporating maximum modularity without compromising function or aesthetics was a key goal. Interchangeable parts enable users to grow or shrink the system, tailoring to specific requirements. Innovations include a patent pending central collar grip - allowing arms to be placed where necessary - as well as a slider offering 9.5" of additional horizontal adjustment. ESI were the first to develop a patented slider. Kata is a work tool used for extensive periods. With this in mind, a clean quiet aesthetic was applied. We wanted to relay a sense of modernity and focus, stripping all unnecessary details. Except for those which require access, there are not visible fixings. A discreet gauge eases installation, saving time and money - especially helpful for large installations. Kata is fully recyclable and engineered to be easily separated.

2019年至今,新型冠狀病毒(COVID-19)的疫情已迅速蔓延至世界各地,封城、經濟活動的停擺等等大幅地改變了人們原有的生活模式。隨著重症患者的增加,部分國家也開始出現了醫療資源不足的情況,如人工呼吸器、口罩、面罩等防護備品的短缺,都攸關著患者及醫護人員的生命安全,是刻不容緩的議題。有鑑於此,我們設計了一款運用A4透明資料夾改造,極為簡單創新的DIY面罩製程。只需將紙型放入資料夾中,再用剪刀沿著指示線條剪開,過程只需30幾秒即可輕鬆完成。在這個人人可上手的設計圖檔免費發佈之後,很快地便獲得世界各地廣大的迴響,且實際被廣泛運用。除了日本國內,美國、法國、韓國及泰國等地的醫療機構都正在使用。這是我們因應現今醫療資源短缺問題,所提出的資源共享計畫,同時也向世人宣告了我們對於設計的定義:運用最少的資源創造最大的影響力。

In recent years, electric transportations have become increasingly popular due to their convenience, environmental friendly and other advantages. While electric cars are being equipped with ever newer technologies, there are few innovations in the bicycle market. For example, bike-riders often need to check their phones for navigation, which distracts the driver’s attention and is very inconvenient and unsafe. The Leuchtturm electric bicycle has a built-in navigator to remind the riders through the bicycle handlebar when they should make a turn. So as to achieve the function of navigating without mobile phone, earphones and other electronic devices, which allows the riders to focus more on bike-riding and traffic conditions to make bike-riding safer. A pair of turn signal lights is installed under the saddle to inform other vehicles and pedestrians. Also, the handlebar as a navigator can be installed on an ordinary bicycle as an accessory. In this way, bike riders can enjoy a safer riding experience without buying an entire Leuchtturm electric bike.

此是針對臺北市能承載兩輛輪椅的公車而設計的,當輪椅族上公車時,其一,有時會因安全措施太過繁複,使車上乘客與司機感到困擾,為了減少輪椅族的心理壓力,並降低對他人的不便,因此設計出使輪椅族能自行使用的安全措施。其二,具有收納功能,無輪椅族時也能讓一般民眾當靠墊使用,達到快速、安全且可收納的訴求。在有限的資源條件下,不改整輛公車,只需加此設備,就能改善現在公車輪椅族的安全。

防疫人員穿著防護衣避免受到感染物質的傷害。防護衣為拋棄式衣物,需要少喝水減少如廁的次數,甚至必須穿著悶熱的尿布解決生理問題。CUB讓防疫員穿著防護衣時能方便的解決小便問題。防疫員穿有「集尿器」的內褲,穿著防護衣時,需將內褲上的尿管與防護衣內的接口接合,並將CUB放入防護衣外的口袋,最後將CUB上的接口與口袋內的單向逆止閥接口接合。小便時,尿液會順著尿管流至CUB,CUB中的高吸水性樹脂能收集一次尿液的容量,防疫員只需要到防疫廁所快速替換CUB即可繼續工作,讓防疫員不再因憋尿及穿尿布的悶熱所困擾。

The majority of traditional and new smart bicycle trainers are are heavy, difficult to store and difficult to handle. Ease of use and the ergonomics of product handling are not generally considered. While they are designed for indoor spaces, they are rarely designed with home environments in mind. The EXOS smart bike trainer developed by XCADEY in collaboration with Denmark’s Jacob Jensen Design presents a unique indoor cycling experience. The main structure is hidden within a smooth carbon fibre shell. Inspired by a stealth technology solutions and naturally occurring exoskeletons, the outer shell is characterized by its ultramodern architectural design. The carbon fibre shell has the holds together the entire product structure providing increased durability and allowing material savings during production. Its ultra slim design enables a very small footprint, making the EXOS smart trainer the narrowest bike trainer in the market. The collapsible wings and the ergonomically designed handle increases user comfort during lifting and carrying. The EXOS’ design also considers transportation and repairs. While most trainers need to be fully shipped for repairs and replacements, EXOS’ removable side panel allows users and vendors to remove specific pieces that need maintenance and replacement. This results in reduced shipping costs for product maintenance. EXOS encourages people to live a healthy life and consider sustainable means of transportation within urban environments.

SHAPING BY OVERLAPPING FIEDL - combines a simple chair with a lounge Chair. The shape results from the cutting of a two-dimensional surface. The overlapping of both parts of the surface makes it three-dimensional. The resulting organic form is broken by the static style of the steel frame. The floa- ting seat shell within the steel frame creates harmony between the fusion of the two distinct elements.

據聯合國最新統計,全球超過一億的殘疾人是兒童,50%的殘疾人無力支付醫療費用。“樂肢”是專門為截肢兒童設計的樂高產品;它包括特定的樂高零件和包裹殘肢的保護腔。由於樂高的尺寸是統一的,因此生產和維護成本極低。保護腔採用矽膠材質和覆蓋的造型設計,可以適合不同用戶的尺寸要求,從而實現了批量生產。同時,樂高的樂趣還可以减少兒童對於義肢的抗拒感。

火災成長主要分為三個階段。初期為火災引燃時期,一般被動消防設施均在此階段偵測並做動,火災若無法於此階段撲滅,則會進入成長期,此時熱、煙與火均會快速成長,容易造成生命與財產之損失。當火勢持續擴大,火災極有可能進入閃燃階段,或者直接到達旺盛期,火勢要撲滅的困難度與財產的損失將難以想像。設計理念將電動摩托車搭載加壓水泵,搭配驅動模組與加壓水泵切換系統,具備使用消防栓水源加壓救火的功能。由於摩托車的體型小,在都市通勤的機動性高,不僅可以穿梭車陣,也能輕易地進入消防車無法抵達的狹小巷弄,抵達火場的時間與位置更快速精準。

概念描述 环卫工人警示头盔是一款保护环卫工人生命安全的装置。该装置可以投影 一个警示环到地面上,在黑暗的环境中,对交通司机起到提醒作用,保护 环卫工人免受交通事故伤害。同时也具有头部保护的作用。既可以单独使 用,也可以与帽子一起使用。创新点: 1、本作品相对于传统头盔而言, 加入了感应激光投影灯。采用了三个激 光投影灯,可以投出一个环状警示环,起到很好的警示效果。更加适应凌 晨、夜晚、多雾等昏暗的环境。保护环卫工人头部的同时,加入警示功能, 从而达到双重保护的效果。这一点时传统头盔无法做到的。2、本作品的另一个创新点在于形状的改变,采用环形。更加轻便。环状设 计使得其更加便携。更适应环卫工人这样一个高负荷、高强度及高温作业的工种。3、环形的另一个好处在于可以适应不同季节。不仅适合炎热的夏季,而且 在比较冷的北方冬季,可以将其套在帽子上,与帽子一起使用。

冰镐头部设计参考了骨骼的形态,进而从人机工程学角度出发,并结合功能与形式最终得到了现有的形态。头部的造型适合人手握的姿势,使冰镐在使用时多了一个人手可以施力的节点,通过这个节点,使用者可以用冰镐进行更多细致的操作。T形的渐变形态以及橙色部分的橡胶防滑材质,不仅手感更好也让使用者握的更牢。
P.SAR-搜救犬職傷防護用具

搜救犬日常的活動量非常大,有一大部分的訓練需要龐大的肌肉力量,尤其常需上下跑跳,所以牠們如同人類一樣會面臨職業傷害。然而不是受了傷才需要照顧,長期的過度訓練會導致他們肌肉緊繃,後期也容易有關節退化的症狀,平常就把關健康,才可以提升搜救犬的能力及降低受傷機率。因此,P.SAR為一款搜救犬職傷防護套組,以日常防護為目標,讓搜救犬們從訓練時就開始預防,針對搜救犬日常訓練時以及訓練過後和災區工作的休息時段,採氣壓按摩的方式為犬隻舒緩緊繃肌肉,並搭配生理機能檢測器,來隨時偵測生理數據,幫助設計合適的運動計畫,以維持良好的身體狀態並獲得更完善的照護。按摩用具採氣壓的方式,以形成最佳包覆性,因空氣的反覆灌注與釋放對犬隻產生施力,且可藉由氣壓的變化控制力道,以不超過4盎司適用於犬隻的力道避免犬隻受傷。內層採順應肌肉紋理的構造,並搭配分區充氣,可針對較緊繃之區塊加強舒緩,使按摩的功效達到最大值,並透過肌電位檢測布料將肌肉狀況傳至APP。
