山不在高,有仙则名;水不在深,有龙则灵。衢州烂柯山就是这样一座可遇仙、可观龙的宝地。它地处衢州市市区东南面,坐落于乌溪江东畔;是衢州著名的丹霞景点——天生石梁的所在地,更是“王质遇仙,观弈烂柯”传说的发生地。因此烂柯山也与昆仑、蓬莱、桃源并列为中国仙境淹留型范式之一,更成为围棋圣地和江南名胜。黛峰翠嶂,景极幽邃,千百年来文人墨客青睐有加。

Renowned is a mountain not for its height but for the immortal who lives in it, ensouled is a water not for its depth but for the dragon that inhabits it. Lanke Mountain in Quzhou is such a treasure land where you can meet immortals and see dragons. It is located in the southeast of Quzhou City, on the east bank of Wuxi River; it is the location of the famous Danxia scenic spot in Quzhou, the natural stone beam, and also the place where the legend of "Wang Zhi meeting immortals and watching the Go game until the handle of his ax rotted". Therefore, Lanke Mountain is also listed as one of the modes of wonderland stays in China along with Kunlun, Penglai and Taoyuan, and has become a holy land of Go and a scenic spot in the Jiangnan Region. Because of its verdant peaks and deep scenery, it has been favored by scholars and writers for thousands of years.

大赛背景
▌Background of the Competition

 

“纵横十九道,黑白落玉盘”。
围棋发源于中华文明的母体,最早发源于公元2世纪,东汉三国时期,围棋作为中华民族优秀传统文化中的经典内容,承载着中华民族的文化自信与博弈制胜的精神内核。黑白二子,象征着日月阴阳昼夜,黑子深邃,为长夜幽冷莫测,白子耀眼,若恒星亘古不变。
1)Go culture
"Nineteen vertical and horizontal lines with black and white pieces falling on a jade plate".

Go originated from the parent body of the Chinese civilization. It originated from the Eastern Han Dynasty and the Three Kingdoms period in the 2nd century AD. As a classic content in the excellent traditional culture of the Chinese nation, Go carries the cultural self-confidence of the Chinese nation and the spiritual core of winning through games. The black and white chess pieces symbolize the sun and the moon, yin and yang, day and night, the black pieces look deep, symbolizing the cold and unpredictable long night, and the white pieces look dazzling, like stars that last forever.

“衢州”,浙江省辖地级市,它是国家级历史文化名城,更是东南阙里、南孔圣地。“烂柯”被视作“围棋”的代称,当围棋遇上烂柯,造就了衢州源远流长的围棋文化和浓厚氛围。衢州市多次主办与协办国家级和省级围棋赛事。衢州围棋文化独领风骚,并与传统的地域文化一脉相承,相融相长,从而具备了强大而坚实的文旅基因。
2)Lanke in Quzhou

"Holy land of Go, Lanke wonderland".

"Quzhou" is a prefecture-level city under the jurisdiction of Zhejiang Province. It is a national-level historical and cultural city, the residence of Confucius in the southeast, and the holy land of Confucius in the south. “Lanke” is regarded as the synonym of Go. When Go encounters Lanke, Quzhou's long-standing Go culture and strong atmosphere were created. Quzhou City has hosted and co-organized national and provincial Go tournaments for many times. The Go culture in Quzhou is unique, and it is in the same line with the traditional regional culture. The two are integrated and enhance each other, so that Quzhou has a strong and solid gene of culture and tourism.

世界围棋文化园地处衢州市市区东南面,坐落于乌溪江东畔,用地面积6.5平方公里。未来园区建成后主要包括烂柯山景区、围棋公园、集仙道境、星光大道、天元会场、忘忧仙镇、坐隐之野七大核心区。该景区是推动衢州围棋文化走向世界,传播衢州“两子”(孔子和棋子)文化品牌、践行衢州“世界围棋圣地”建设大战略的重要举措。
3)World Go Culture Park

"Go of the World is in China and Go in China is in Quzhou".

The World Go Culture Park is located in the southeast of Quzhou City, on the east bank of the Wuxi River, covering an area of 6.5 square kilometers.In the future, after the park is completed, it will mainly include seven core areas: Lanke Mountain Scenic Area, Go Park, Fairy Realm, Star Avenue, Tianyuan Venue, Care-free Fairy Town, and Seclusion Wilderness.The scenic spot is an important measure to promote Quzhou's Go culture to the world, spread Quzhou's cultural brand of "Confucius and Chess Pieces", and practice the grand strategy of developing Quzhou into a "holy land of Go in the world".

当传统遇见当下、当文化遇见创意、当烂柯遇见围棋······又将碰撞出怎样的创意火花?这一次我们把目光投向中国衢州·世界围棋文化园,通过发起【中国衢州·世界围棋文化园—烂柯仙境文化创意设计大赛】,诚邀社会各界人士一同共创“围棋圣地·烂柯仙境”与“文化创新”之间的“棋妙”世界。

When tradition encounters the present, when culture meets creativity and when Lanke encounters Go... what sparks of creativity will be generated? This time, we set our sights on the World Go Culture Park in Quzhou, China. 大赛内容
Content of the Competition

用故事演绎烂柯文化;用数字赋能烂柯文化;用创意传播烂柯文化。

Interpreting Lanke culture with stories; empowering Lanke culture with digits; spreading Lanke culture with creativity.

该大赛以提升“烂柯仙境”品牌认知度与IP延展性为目标,以设计创新为引擎,激活品牌文化内涵。参赛人员需充分研究衢州围棋IP的文化内涵,深入挖掘“烂柯仙境”的历史典故与未来发展,设计作品需充分体现品牌文化内涵和地域特色,并考虑作品的落地性和市场适应性。

The competition aims to enhance the brand awareness and IP scalability of the "Lanke Wonderland", regards design innovation as the engine, and strives to activate the cultural connotation of the brand. entrants should fully study the cultural connotation of the Go IP of Quzhou, and dig deep into the historical allusions and future development of "Lanke Wonderland"; design proposals need to fully reflect the cultural connotation and regional characteristics of the brand, and consider the practicability and market adaptability of the proposals.

参赛人员需基于视觉标识系统设计、文旅产品延展设计、数字产品延展设计三块内容完成一套完整系列的设计成果。
Based on three aspects, namely the design of the visual signage system, the extension design of cultural and tourism products, and the extension design of digital products, entrants need to complete a complete set of design results. 

视觉标识系统包括:品牌Logo、品牌标志标准字体(烂柯仙境Lanke Fairyland)、品牌标准色彩与辅助色彩设计、辅助图形设计及应用示例,各项内容需注明使用规范。

1) The design of the visual signage system

the visual signage system includes: the logo of the brand, standard font for the logo (Lanke Wonderland), design of standard and auxiliary colors of the brand, design and application examples of auxiliary graphics. All contents must be marked with the specification of use.

文旅产品类型包括但不限于IP形象吉祥物、旅游纪念品、办公事务用品、旅游导示系统、景区酒店和餐厅用品、服装配饰、公关礼品、工艺美术品、潮流手办等,各项设计需注明使用规范。参赛者可选择部分内容设计,但不能少于2套不同类型的完整文创产品。

2) The extension design of cultural and tourism products

The types of cultural and tourism products include but are not limited to IP-image mascots, tourist souvenirs, office supplies, travel guide systems, supplies for scenic spots, hotels and restaurants, clothing accessories, public relations gifts, arts and crafts, trendy figures, etc. Each design must indicate the specification of use. entrants may choose part of the content for design, but must submit no less than 2 sets of complete cultural and creative products of different types. 

数字产品延展设计指利用数字多媒体及虚拟仿真手段进行的数字媒体设计产品。内容形式包括但不限于数字动画、数字人物、数字海报、NFT藏品、网站设计等。参赛者可选择部分内容设计,但不能少于1套完整的数字产品。

3) The extension design of digital products

The extension design of digital products refers to the design of digital media products by means of digital multimedia and virtual simulation. Its content and form include but are not limited to digital animation, digital characters, digital posters, NFT collections, website design, etc. entrants may choose part of the content for design, but must submit not less than 1 complete set of digital products.

得票最高的10位参赛者将获得由主办方提供的“网络十佳作品”荣誉证书及文创奖品。

1.方案文本:

格式要求:PDF格式,文件大小不超过50M,不少于80页。方案文本表达出视觉标识系统、文旅产品延展、数字产品延展的设计内容、作品名称、设计生成逻辑、设计效果图、工艺与尺寸说明、设计说明、使用规范等内容。
2.A1展板:
格式要求:JPG格式,2张高清可打印竖向A1展板,图像大小应达到300dpi印刷分辨率标准保留。展板排版风格不限,鼓励采用创新新颖的方式来表达设计意图和创意理念。展板需要完整表达视觉标识系统、文旅产品延展、数字产品延展的作品名称、设计生成逻辑、设计效果图、设计说明等内容。
3.视频文件:

格式:MP4,分辨率1080*1920p,时长2-3min,文件大小不超过500M,视频需表达作品设计的视觉标识系统、文旅产品延展、数字产品延展的设计作品名称、设计生成逻辑、设计效果图等内容。

4.设计说明:

格式:一份300字以上的设计说明或主题阐释,以word文件提交。

1. Programme book:

Format requirements: PDF format, the file size shall be no more than 50M and no less than 80 pages. The proposal book is expected to express the following contents: visual identification system, extension of cultural and tourism products, content of the extension design of digital products, title of proposal, logic of design generation, renderings, instructions of process and size, design descriptions, usage specifications, etc. 

2.A1 display board:

Format requirements: JPG format, 2 high-definition printable vertical A1 display boards, the image size should reach the standard of 300dpi printing resolution. The typography style of the display board is not limited, and innovative ways to express design intent and creative ideas are encouraged. The display board needs to fully express the visual identification system, the name of the cultural and tourism product extension, the name of the digital product extension, the logic of design generation, renderings, design descriptions, etc.

3. Video files:

Format: MP4, resolution 1080*1920p, length:2-3min, the file size shall be no more than 500M. The video needs to express the visual identification system of the work design, the name of the extension of cultural and tourism products, the name of the extension of digital products, the logic of design generation, and the renderings.

4. Design description:

1.参赛者应按要求完成设计任务,提交作品须完整,如有缺漏则视为参赛作品无效。
2.参赛者应保证所提交作品的原创性,且未在其他平台中发布。如经确认存在抄袭、剽窃情形的,取消参赛资格。
3.主办方拥有二十强作品的展览、出版、生产等权利。
4.参赛资料中的地形图纸仅供选手参赛创作使用,不得用于其他用途,否则后果自负。

5.大赛组织方对竞赛规则具有最终解释权。
