工业设计系的暑期国际化课程暨工作室课程《家居用品设计》面向长三角高等工程教育联盟开设,紧密结合工业设计专业的本科工作室课程。本次课程主题为木玩产品设计,课题来源于浙工大·云和木玩产业创新研究院的研发实题,深入探讨木制玩具设计,通过产品概念的散发逐步深化到木制产品及其包装的制作与落地,让学生掌握系统性的、以市场为切入点的设计思维及设计方法,探索木制玩具新创意。
The International Summer Course and studio course "Household Goods Design" of the Department of Industrial Design is set up for the Higher Engineering Education Alliance of the Yangtze River Delta, which is closely integrated with the undergraduate studio course of industrial design. The subject of this course is wooden toy product design. The topic is derived from the research and development of the Yunhe Wooden Toy Industry Innovation Research Institute of Zhejiang University of Technology. It deeply discusses the design of wooden toys, and gradually deepens to the production and landing of wooden products and their packaging through the dissemination of product concepts, so that students can master systematic design thinking and design methods with the market as the starting point, and explore new ideas of wooden toys.
课程由朱意灏老师主持,特邀德国斯图加特国立造型艺术学院Peter Litzlbauer教授与邹攀助教作为设计指导,以及资深木艺培训老师闫鹏宇老师作为制作指导。
The course was hosted by Mr. Zhu Yihao, with Professor Peter Litzlbauer and Assistant Professor Zou Pan from the State Academy of Art Stuttgart as the design guidance, as well as Mr. Yan Pengyu, a senior wood art training teacher, as production guides.
彼得.利兹堡教授是德国斯图加特国立造型艺术学院建筑系教授与副校长、中国美术学院与浙江工业大学客座教授,擅长建筑、家具与木制品设计,并在德国开办过10余次个人设计作品展。此后,陆续在中国美院、中央美院、清华大学等校开展20余次国际创新设计工作坊,并荣获浙江省省政府西湖友人奖。
Professor Peter litzlbauer is a professor and vice president of the State Academy of Art Stuttgart, and a visiting professor of China Academy of Art and Zhejiang University of technology. He is good at architecture, furniture and wood products design, and has held more than 10 personal design exhibitions in Germany. Since then, he has carried out more than 20 international innovative design workshops in China Academy of Art, Central Academy of Fine Arts, Tsinghua University and other schools, and won the West Lake Friends Award of Zhejiang Provincial Government.
本次设计课程为期4周。前2周开展课题的调研、定位与设计。经过5轮在线的方案交流后,再进入为期2周的模型制作环节。结合前一年在线授课的经验,利兹堡教授、邹攀老师与朱意灏老师通过课前多次模拟,优化了教学过程。利用中德时间差,专门设计了包含方案文本、方案报告、视频等载体,以及包含提问和点评方式等交流方式在内的标准化的步骤和规范,使得课前教授能事先阅读各类方案报告,课中直接针对载体交流并提出建议,课后学生针对建议修改后形成新方案报告提交教授课前阅读。基于这套流程和规范,得益于中德师生双方共同的认真态度,克服了跨洋交流的不便,以草图和草模为基础,灵活应用摄像头来展示草图、草模和方案报告,相互配合、高效交互、有效推进。
This design course lasts four weeks. The research, positioning and design of the subject will be carried out in the first two weeks. After five rounds of online program exchange, we enter the model making process for a period of two weeks. Combined with the previous year's online teaching experience, Professor Litzlbauer, Zou Pan and Zhu Yihao optimized the teaching process through many simulations before class. Making use of the time difference between China and Germany, the standardized steps and norms are specially designed, including the carrier of the plan text, the plan report, the video, as well as the communication methods such as questions and comments, so that the professor can read all kinds of plan report beforehand, communicate directly against the carrier and make suggestions in the class, and the students submit the new plan report to the professor after class. Based on this set of procedures and norms, thanks to the common earnest attitude of both teachers and students in China and Germany, the inconvenience of transoceanic communication has been overcome. Based on sketches and draft models, cameras are flexibly used to display sketches, draft models and plan reports, which are mutually coordinated, efficiently interacted and effectively promoted.
通过一轮轮设计思路的交流、工艺技术的调整、方案细节的确认,每位同学对木材及其加工特性都有更深的认识。随后,在我校设计与建筑学院的“木艺工场”实验室,同学们也在一步步的机械操作和枯燥的手工打磨中,体现出制作的匠心。作品及其包装实物制作完成后,同学还需在对应使用环境下进行样机使用并拍摄视频,制作成宣传视频,流畅展示产品的优势和卖点。
Through rounds of design ideas, process technology adjustments, and plan details confirmation, each student has a deeper understanding of wood and its processing characteristics.Subsequently, in the "wood workshop" laboratory of the school of design and architecture of our university, the students also demonstrated their craftsmanship in step-by-step mechanical operation and boring manual polishing. After the production of works and packaging materials is completed, the students also use the prototype in the corresponding use environment, shoot videos and make publicity videos to show the advantages and selling points of the products smoothly and artistically.
2022年10月9日,课程进行了包含展示、演说、点评与交流等环节在内的在线答辩。答辩由朱意灏老师主持,由彼得.利兹堡教授、邹攀老师和闫鹏宇老师主导点评与交流。参与在线答辩者还包括工业设计19级第二工作室全体学生和来自长三角高等工程教育联盟的同学。与此同时,浙工大.云和木玩产业创新研究院的傅晓云老师、浙江省大学生校外实践教育基地——杭州飞思十工业设计有限公司等校企双方代表也共同参与了交流。
On September 9, 2022, the course conducts an online defense including presentation, speech, comments and communication. The oral defense was presided over by Zhu Yihao, and the comments and exchanges are led by Professor Peter litzlbauer, Zou pan and Yuan Mei. Participants in the online defense also included all students from the second studio of industrial design level 18 and students from the Higher Engineering Education Alliance of the Yangtze River Delta. At the same time, representatives of both schools and enterprises, such as Fu Xiaoyun of the Yunhe Wooden Toy Industry Innovation Research Institute of Zhejiang University of Technology, Feng Di, design director of Hangzhou Feisi ten industrial design, an off campus practical education base for college students in Zhejiang Province, also participated in the exchange.
在课程设计交流过程中,每组同学均结合宣传视频、设计报告与现场使用演示等方式,介绍了自己所设计与制作的产品特点、游戏方法、制作难点与后续优化途径等内容,利兹堡教授则对每件木玩产品的创意概念、形态特色、制作工艺与使用体验等进行点评,针对产品落地之后如何走向市场也给出了建议。
During the course design communication, each group of students introduced the product features, game methods, production difficulties and subsequent optimization methods designed and produced by themselves in combination with publicity videos, design reports and on-site demonstrations.Professor litzlbauer commented on the creative concept, form characteristics, production technology and use experience of each wooden game product, and also gave suggestions on how to enter the market after the product is launched.
由于整体课程的设计与制作过程时间有限、步骤紧密,考虑到参课同学的木艺加工基础为零,2周的制作时间显得捉襟见肘。故此,利兹堡教授在查看完所有作品的宣传视频与设计报告后,对课程学生所展现出的设计与制作的效率、以及最终的产品及其包装实物的质量赞赏有加,并于在线答辩时,对作品的出色细节亦不吝褒扬。同学亦通过课程,感受到设计过程中包括尺寸、材料及其加工方式等工程因素对制作的重要影响,体验到设计方案在概念效果图出具之后,还需系统性地考量制作工艺、产品命名、包装方式等在内的、走向市场前的综合商业因素。
Due to the limited time and close steps of the overall course design and production process, considering the weak foundation of wood processing of the students participating in the course, the production time of two weeks was stretched.Therefore, after viewing the publicity videos and design reports of all works, Professor litzlbauer praised the efficiency of design and production shown by the course students, as well as the quality of the final product and its packaging.He did not hesitate to praise the outstanding details of each work when replying online. Through the course, students also feel the important impact of engineering factors such as size, materials and processing methods on production in the design process, and experience that after the conceptual effect drawing is issued, it is also necessary to systematically consider the comprehensive commercial factors before entering to the market, including production process, product naming and packaging methods.
本次课程由多方合力支持,最终收获一批高质量的课程成果,创造出富有创意的木玩作品。同时,学科也将进一步加大课程成果应用转化率,完成专利受理,推进成果转让。

设计说明:这是一款可以自由调色的儿童拼图。适用于3-8岁儿童使用,它在传统巧板的基础上,结合调色原理,利用有机玻璃材质,实现自由调色,达到刺激孩子的视觉神经和大脑发育。
This is a children's puzzle that can be colored freely. It is suitable for children aged 3 to 8. On the basis of traditional skilful board and color mixing principle, it uses organic glass material to achieve free color mixing, so as to stimulate children's visual nerve and brain development.
CHANGEABLE DINOSAUR
多变磁吸恐龙积木
设计说明:这是一款基于不同种类史前恐龙,抽象几何化而来的积木玩具,通过磁铁实现不同造型的堆叠摆放,形成四种恐龙的基本造型,分别是三角龙、剑龙、马孟溪龙、迅猛龙,同时也可以自己创造新造型。
This is an abstract geometric building block toy based on different kinds of prehistoric dinosaurs. Different shapes are stacked by magnets, forming the basic shapes of four kinds of dinosaurs, namely Triceratops, Stegosaurus, Mamengxi dragon and Velociraptor. At the same time, you can create new shapes yourself.

The design of this balance beam game is inspired by a philosophy in ancient China.
