成都作为国家中心城市、美丽宜居公园城市、国际门户枢纽城市、世界文化名城，是充分体现中国特色、时代特征、成都特质的可持续发展世界城市，是新发展理念的城市表达和生态文明思想的城市实践。位于成都市东部新区的2024成都世界园艺博览会，是世界园艺博览会在中国大陆举办的第8届，属于B类世界园艺博览会，是四川省首次引入的国际最高规格的花卉园艺展会，同时也是公园城市的展示窗口、智慧技术的孵化空间、跨界交流的开放场所。是推动成都加快建设公园城市、提升公园城市品质，打造更加美好的人居环境的重要项目。本届世园会以“公园城市、美好人居”为主题，秉持“绿色低碳、节约持续、共享包容”的理念，以“时代特征、国际水平、中国元素、成都特色”为展会目标，通过园艺为媒，向世界人民传递绿色发展理念和诗意栖居的成都美好生活场景。

With the theme of "Park City, Better Habitat", this year's World Horticultural Expo will uphold the concept of "Green, Low-carbon, Sustainable, Sharing and Inclusive", with "contemporary features, international level, Chinese elements, Chengdu characteristics" as the exhibition goal. "Through the medium of gardening, the exhibition aims to convey to the people of the world the concept of green development and the scene of Chengdu's beautiful life with poetic habitat.

大师园作为成都世界园艺博览会的核心景区之一，集中展示了来自世界各地的顶尖园艺设计师的创意和风格，体现了园艺艺术与自然环境、人文历史、科技创新的融合和互动，展现了园艺文化的多样性和包容性。大师园肩负着传承和创新园艺艺术的重要使命，展示和推广园艺科技的最新成果，提升和弘扬园艺文化的影响力，为世界各地的游客提供一个美丽、有趣、有意义的园艺体验。本次征集活动旨在招募境外知名的景观设计机构，以富有创意、切实可行的设计方案，打造具有国际影响力和代表性的大师园展园作品，向全世界呈现一届创意无限、精彩纷呈的花卉园艺盛会。

As one of the core scenic spots of Chengdu World Horticultural Expo, the Master Garden focuses on the creativity and style of top horticultural designers from all over the world, reflecting the integration and interaction of horticultural art with natural environment, humanistic history and technological innovation, and showing the diversity and inclusiveness of horticultural culture. The Master Garden is charged with the important mission of inheriting and innovating horticultural art, showcasing and promoting the latest achievements in horticultural science and technology, enhancing and promoting the influence of horticultural culture, and providing a beautiful, interesting and meaningful horticultural experience for visitors from all over the world. This solicitation aims to recruit well-known overseas landscape design agencies to create internationally influential and representative Master Garden exhibition works with creative and feasible design schemes, and present a creative and wonderful flower gardening event to the world.

成都被誉为“中国西部花园”，茂林修竹间，掩映着杜甫草堂、升庵桂湖、望江楼、罨画池等一大批西蜀古典园林精品。2024年成都世界园艺博览会选址于成都东部新区绛溪河畔，东邻天府国际机场、西望龙泉山，具有独特的区位优势和得天独厚的景观条件。

园区总占地面积242.2万平方米（3633亩），以“七区·百园·六馆”的概念形成布局，七区即综合服务区、未来园艺展区、天府人居展区、中华园艺展区、国际园艺展区、公园城市展区和童梦世园区，百园即120个邀展展园和8个特色展园，六馆即主展馆（中国馆）、植物馆、成都国际友城馆（新馆）、天府人居馆、散花楼和综合服务馆。

The park covers a total area of 2,242,000 square meters (3,633 mu) and is laid out in the concept of "seven zones - one hundred gardens - six pavilions", with seven zones, namely the Comprehensive Service Zone, Future Horticulture Zone, Tianfu Habitat Zone, Chinese Horticulture Zone, International Horticulture Zone, Park City Zone and Children's Dream Zone, one hundred gardens, namely 120 invited exhibition gardens and eight Six pavilions, namely the Main Pavilion (China Pavilion), the Botanical Pavilion, the Chengdu International Friendship Pavilion (New Pavilion), the Tianfu Habitat Pavilion, the Scattered Flowers Pavilion and the Comprehensive Services Pavilion.

世园会将于2024年4月开幕，至10月闭幕，展期186天。届时40余个国内城市、40余个境外城市企业协会组织将应邀参展。

The Expo will open in April and close in October 2024 for 186 days. More than 40 domestic cities and more than 40 overseas city enterprise associations will be invited to exhibit at the event.

2.1 场地技术条件

（1）场地数量：本次征集内容包括未来园艺展区中的4个境外大师园展园的方案设计。

（2）地块详情：大师园位于未来园艺展区，整个未来园艺展区的规划面积共1.45公顷，位于整体基址的东南部，距离1号入口较近，从入口经过综合服务区即可到达未来园艺展区。此外另有一备用入口位于未来园艺展区东侧。本次征集项目所涉及的规划面积共0.4公顷，具体每个设计地块信息如下显示：

周边环境：东北方向有高差为4m的缓坡，西侧相邻为地块DS6，东侧相邻为另一大师园地块DS4，西南方向隔台阶与室外剧场相望。

DS1、DS3、DS4、DS5四个大师园均匀分布在大师园区内，条件均等，为暂定地块，具体地块选取决定权归组委会所有，如有变更请以最终通知为准。设计师的设计地块最终由组委会指定。

②体现世园会特色。鼓励在设计中融入世园会的主题、理念和元素，展现出世园会的国际化、专业化和品牌化。

③注重地域文化和城市魅力，深入研究成都的地理、历史、文化等优势并准确呈现成都特色、风情和魅力。通过运用创新设计手法和园艺技术，展示出蓉城生活的独特魅力和蜀韵文化的原汁原味。希望通过本次设计可以让世界认识成都，让成都走向世界。

④强调低碳节约原则。鼓励在设计中采用植物碳汇、再生能源、绿色建筑和零碳科普等方式，打造一个真正的“低碳世园”。同时，充分利用当地的乡土材料，保留乡愁的同时提高能源效率、耐久性和低维护性，以减少运行成本、节约能源。希望将设施设备与自然环境紧密结合，创造一个可持续发展的“节约世园”。

⑤突出创造性和园艺性。鼓励在设计中展现出对园艺艺术的热爱和创造力，运用多种形式和手法，打造出富有想象力和美感的园林空间。同时，注重园艺技术的运用和传承，展示出园艺的科学性和实用性，为世园会增添更多的知识性和趣味性。

①Encourage innovative thinking, dare to try new technologies and materials, and integrate concepts such as green building, low-carbon, smart and digital into the design, to create a unique and modern Master Garden for the Chengdu World Horticultural Expo.

②Reflect the characteristics of the World Horticultural Expo. Encourage the integration of the theme, concept and elements of the World Horticultural Expo into the design, showing the internationalization, professionalism and branding of the World Horticultural Expo.

③Pay attention to regional culture and urban charm, in-depth study of Chengdu’s geographical, historical, cultural and other advantages and accurately present Chengdu’s characteristics, style and charm. Through the use of innovative design methods and horticultural techniques, show the unique charm of Rongcheng life and the original flavor of Shuyun culture. We hope that through this design, we can let the world know Chengdu and let Chengdu go to the world.

④Emphasize the principle of low-carbon saving. Encourage the use of plant carbon sinks, renewable energy, green building and zero-carbon popularization in the design, to create a truly “low-carbon world garden”. At the same time, make full use of local native materials, retain nostalgia while improving energy efficiency, durability and low maintenance, to reduce operating costs and save energy. We hope to integrate facilities and equipment with the natural environment to create a sustainable “saving world garden”.

⑤Highlight creativity and horticulture. Encourage the display of love and creativity for horticultural art in the design, using various forms and methods to create imaginative and aesthetic garden spaces. At the same time, pay attention to the application and inheritance of horticultural techniques, showing the scientificity and practicality of horticulture, adding more knowledge and interest to the World Horticultural Expo.

（2）设计要求：

①应根据对任务书中的定位、项目背景、设计内容等信息的解读，结合场地特点、对项目诉求的解读，完成符合预算的项目设计方案。

②本次最终提交作品必须达到方案深化设计阶段的深度方案水平，为了保证后期对接顺利，建议完成到扩初深度的方案图纸，包含但不限于以下内容:

1)方案平面图。

2)主要地面铺装材料、植物种类及种植方案。

3)主要景观小品等的意向选型。

4)主要室内外视点的景观效果图绘制并提供三维模型。

5)水景设计则需明确水深、水量、效果把控及其运行和基本维护方式。

6)评估方案设计阶段的项目造价估算。

③文字表达要规范、准确、清晰，为了让更多人能阅读和理解，建议使用中英（外）双语进行表达，方便更多人阅读和理解。

④图纸表达务必包括方案平面图及效果图，其余图纸形式不限，可根据设计方案的特点选择合适的方式表达设计核心意图与想法，包括但不限于鸟瞰图、立面图、剖面图、扩初图、动态演示等，要求清晰、完整、规范地展示设计方案的主要内容和特点。

⑤为了更直观地展示设计方案的概念，建议制作一个模型，并利用视频动态展示该模型和相关概念。

⑥整个景观方案设计需满足相关设计的规范及技术要求。

①Based on the interpretation of the positioning, project background, design content and other information in the task book, combined with the site characteristics and interpretation of project demands, complete the project design scheme in line with the budget.

②The final submission of this project must reach the level of deepened design scheme at the stage of scheme deepening design. In order to ensure the smooth docking in the later stage, it is recommended to complete the scheme drawings with the depth of preliminary expansion, including but not limited to the following contents:

1) Plan layout.

2) Main ground paving materials, plant species and planting plan.

3) Intention selection of major landscape pieces, etc.

4) Landscape renderings of major indoor and outdoor viewpoints are drawn and 3D models are provided.

5) Water landscape design requires clear water depth, water volume, effect control and its operation and basic maintenance methods.

6) Evaluate the cost estimation of the design proposal at the project's design phase.

③Text expression should be standardized, accurate and clear. In order to make more people read and understand, it is recommended to use Chinese-English (foreign) bilingual expression for convenience.

④The drawing must include a plan layout and rendering, and other drawing formats are not limited. You can choose suitable ways to express the core ideas and concepts of the design based on the characteristics of the design proposal. These may include, but are not limited to, bird's-eye view, elevation drawing, section drawing, expansion drawing, dynamic demonstration, etc. It is required to present the main content and features of the design proposal clearly, completely, and in a standardized manner.

⑤In order to show design concept more intuitively, it is suggested to make a model and use video to dynamically show model and related concept.

⑥The whole landscape scheme design should meet the relevant design specifications and technical requirements.

提交内容及深度（包括但不限于）：

①方案平面图（含各级道路、铺装地面、景观小品、植物等的布置）（含基本标高）。

②方案设计说明。

③主要视点景观效果图及三维模型。

④总体规划流线优化分析图（包含但不限于交通流线分析、园路等级及宽度设计、无障碍设计等）。

⑤所有景观设计区域的初步数据表，包括总面积、水景面积、各类铺装地面面积、各类草皮面积，绿植品种、面积或数量。

⑥植物种植的灌溉养护说明及外观养护要求、铺装材料的铺装分析和说明、景观小品的选择和材质。

⑦各类道路和铺装地面及绿地的构造和交接处理手法。

⑧方案设计阶段的项目造价估算表单。

Submission Content and Depth (including but not limited to):

① Plan (including the layout of roads, paved ground, landscape sketches, plants, etc. at all levels) (including basic elevation).

② Scheme design description.

③ Landscape effect drawings and three-dimensional models of the main viewpoints.

④Overall planning streamline optimization analysis diagram (including but not limited to traffic streamline analysis, park grade and width design, barrier-free design, etc.).

⑤ Preliminary data tables of all landscape design areas, including total area, water landscape area, area of various types of paved ground, area of various types of turf, plant varieties, area or quantity.

⑥ Irrigation and maintenance instructions and appearance maintenance requirements for plants, paving analysis and explanation for paving materials, selection and material of landscape sketches.

⑦ Construction and connection treatment methods for various types of roads, paved ground and green space.

⑧Project cost estimation form in the project design stage.

提交成果形式：

①方案文本文件：A3规格，彩色，横板，展示设计方案，需包含以上方案阶段所有的设计内容，需根据指导预算完成设计方案，不限页数，含封面封底及扉页，封面需标注“2024成都世界园艺博览会XXX地块大师园设计方案”，以pdf格式提交文件，文件命名方式为“地块编号-文本”如：DS5-文本。

②展板：A1规格，竖版，至少1张，JPG格式，分辨率300dpi，文件大小不超过30M。图版中包括但不限于空间结构、功能布局、概念平面等，文件命名方式为“地块编号-展板”如：DS5-展板。

③其他未能展示在文本及展板中的必要设计成果，如相关图纸CAD文件和三维模型等，不限形式，集中放在文件夹中，文件夹命名方式为“其他”。

④提交设计成果清单。

⑤上述方案提交文件若能提供双语版本则优先考虑。

Forms of submission:

①Scheme text file: A3 specification, color, horizontal plate, display design plan, which should include all the design content in the above project stage, and the design plan should be completed according to the guidance budget, with no limit to the number of pages, including the cover cover and title page. ②Exhibition board: A1 size , vertical version , at least 1 piece , JPG format , resolution 300dpi , file size not more than 30M . The board includes but not limited to spatial structure , functional layout , conceptual plan etc., file naming method is “plot number-board” such as: DS5-board.

③Other necessary design results that cannot be displayed in the text and display board, such as relevant drawings CAD files and three-dimensional models, are not limited to the form, and are concentrated in the folder, the folder name is "other".

④Submit the list of design results.

⑤If bilingual version can be provided for above scheme submission files , priority will be given.

（4）注意事项：

(4) Precautions:

①设计请不要超出红线范围。

②园子的设计请不要对其他花园产生不利干扰。

③设计方案不要采用有毒材料或有安全隐患。

④设计成果提交中所涉及的文本及展板中至少呈现出1张总平面图以及不少于2张的效果图。

⑤设计方案需考虑造价的合理性和可控性，以适应项目的预算要求。设计方案在评审后可能会根据造价情况进行适当的调整或优化，以降低成本或提高效益。

⑥组委会将委托最合适的设计团队按照设计师的意愿进行合作施工图设计。为确保双方的顺利合作，设计师团队必须完成设计方案的深化，优先考虑到完成扩初图绘制的设计师团队。

⑦申报设计师团队中的主创设计师需在开幕和闭幕两个时段内参与现场活动。其余时段的现场活动不强制要求参与，也不提供相关费用补贴，如需参与请自行组织并自费承担。请各设计师团队注意安排行程。

①Design please do not exceed red line range.

④Design scheme do not use toxic materials or have safety hazards.

④Design results submission must include at least 1 general plan drawing and no less than 2 effect drawings in text or exhibition board .

⑤Design scheme need consider reasonableness and controllability of cost , to adapt project budget requirement . Design scheme may be adjusted or optimized appropriately according to cost situation after review , to reduce cost or increase benefit .

⑥The Organizing committee will entrust the most suitable design team to cooperate in the construction drawing design according to the wishes of the designer. To ensure the smooth cooperation of both parties, the design team must complete the refinement of the design scheme, and give priority to the design team that has completed the preliminary expansion drawing.

⑦The main designer in the design team that applied for the project needs to participate in the on-site activities during the opening and closing periods. The on-site activities in the rest of the periods are not mandatory, and no related expenses subsidies are provided. If you need to participate, please organize and bear the costs by yourself. Please pay attention to arrange your itinerary for each design team.

2.3 项目资金情况

每个园子面积为 1000m²左右，预算单价约为 1500RMB/m²（208 美元/m²）。

所有的建造费用：含材料、植物、劳工、机械租用、材料运输等，以及展览期间的养护费用、植物更换费用。

Each garden area is 1000m², budget unit price is about 1500RMB/m² (208 US dollars/m²).

All construction costs: including materials, plants, labor, machinery rental, material transportation, etc., as well as maintenance costs and plant replacement costs during the exhibition.

3.1 本次大师园国际方案征集不设资质要求，采用公开报名的方式，所有境外设计机构均可报名参加，不鼓励以联合体形式报名参加，若确定以联合体投标的还须符合以下要求：

1）联合体成员不得超过2家（含牵头单位）；

2）联合体牵头单位须为境外注册机构或其他组织；

3）联合体成员不得再单独或以其他名义与其他设计单位组成其他联合体参与同一标段投标；

4）联合体合作方须签署具有法律效用的《联合体协议》，并明确牵头单位及各方的工作分工、权益份额等。

3.2 报名的设计机构应具有丰富的花园设计经验，要求提供近五年内（2018年6月14日以后）完成或正在进行的至少2项（含2项）相似项目案例，并提供相应的证明材料。

3.3 报名的设计机构应具有良好的沟通协调能力和项目管理能力，能够按照征集活动的要求和时间节点完成方案设计和深化工作，并配合主办单位进行相关工作。

3.4 需在报名材料中指定1名主创设计师且主创设计师要具有至少1项（含1项）主持国内一线城市或国际知名大都市的花园设计经验。

3.5 主创设计师须直接参与负责本项目，参与本次国际方案全过程，包括但不限于出席开幕、闭幕式等。如在本次国际征集过程中发现主创设计师与报名材料所提交的团队人员名单不符，主办单位有权取消其参加资格。

3.6 须在在线报名截止时间之前填写基本信息，若所有设计师团队中出现地块选取不均情况，由主办方进行协调，设计地块的最终指定权归组委会所有。

3.7 确认签订合同的设计机构，需要有向甲方提供发票的能力。

3.8 为保证项目设计人员能够对本次国际征集背景和相关项目要求准确理解，项目设计人员中应至少有一名通晓汉语的人士。

3.1 This international scheme solicitation for the Master Garden does not have qualification requirements, and adopts the method of open registration. All overseas design agencies can register to participate, and joint bidding is not encouraged. If joint bidding is confirmed, the following requirements must also be met:

One consortium shall include no more than 2 members (including the leading member);

The leading member of the consortium must be a domestic registered independent entity or other organization;

Each member of the consortium shall not bid in the same tender lot alone or participate in another consortium to bid in the same tender lot;

All members of the consortium shall sign a legal Consortium Agreement, clarifying the division of workload and equity share of the leading member and the others.

3.2 The registered design agency should have rich experience in garden design, and is required to provide at least two (including two) cases of similar projects completed or underway within the last five years (after June 14, 2018), and provide corresponding supporting materials.

3.3 The registered design agency should have good communication and coordination ability and project management ability, and be able to complete the program design and deepening work in accordance with the requirements and time nodes of the call for activities, and cooperate with the organizer for related work.

3.4  A lead designer should be designated in the application materials and the lead designer should have at least one (including one) garden design experience in a domestic first-tier city or an internationally renowned metropolis.

3.5 The lead designer shall be directly involved in the project and participate in the whole process of the international program, including but not limited to attending the opening and closing ceremonies. If the lead designer is found to be inconsistent with the team list submitted in the application materials during the international call for entries, the organizer reserves the right to cancel his or her participation.

3.6 Basic information must be filled in before the deadline for online registration. If there is uneven selection of plots among all designer teams, the organizer will coordinate, and the final designation of the design plots will belong to the organizing committee.

3.7 The design agency that confirms the contract must have the ability to provide invoices to Party A.

3.8 To ensure that the project designers can accurately understand the background of this international call and the relevant project requirements, there should be at least one person who is fluent in Chinese among the project designers.

⑦征信承诺函：联合体各方需各自填写，并加盖公章和签字。所有报名参赛申请人必须具有良好的商业信誉及财务状况，参赛申请人无须提供证明材料，但主办单位如有疑问，有权在方案征集过程中要求查验相关材料。凡经查询有失信记录、被列入受惩黑名单或财务状况处于被接管、冻结、破产状态的，将被取消参赛资格。

上述所有内容如采用外文的均要求提供中文译本。

⑦Letter of commitment to credit: each party to the consortium is required to fill out, and affix the official seal and signature. All applicants must have a good business reputation and financial status, the applicants do not need to provide supporting materials, but the organizers have the right to request inspection of relevant materials in the program solicitation process if in doubt. Any applicant who has been inquired to have a bad credit record, has been included in the blacklist of punishments or whose financial status is in receivership, freezing or bankruptcy will be disqualified from the competition.

All the above-mentioned contents are required to provide Chinese translation if they are in foreign languages.

报名的设计机构应在征集公告发布之日起至2023年08月15日17：00前（北京时间，以报名指定邮箱收到报名邮件的时间为准，逾期不予受理），请将大师园方案征集作品提交材料，以网络报名的方式发至指定邮箱：lag.chengdu2024@gmail.com和LAG_chengdu2024@outlook.com（两个邮箱必须同时发送），并在邮件上标注“《2024成都世界园艺博览会XXX地块大师园方案设计》作品提交材料”。

Design agencies that apply should submit the submission materials for the Master Garden design proposal online to the designated email address:lag.chengdu2024@gmail.com and LAG_chengdu2024@outlook.com (both emails must be sent simultaneously) ,before 17:00 on August 15, 2023 (Beijing time, subject to the time when the submission email is received by the designated email address, overdue submissions will not be accepted), and mark “Submission Materials for Master Garden Design of XXX Plot of Chengdu World Horticultural Expo 2024” on the email.

本次方案征集包括准备、遴选、制图、施工、验收、开闭幕多个阶段，详见下表。

为高标准、高质量推进方案编制，公开招募国内外高水平优秀设计团队，本项目采用“公开招标”方式，包含资格预审和方案评选两个阶段。

It is an open invitation for high level design teams from home and abroad to promote the development of the project with high standard and quality, and this project adopts the method of "open bidding", including two stages of pre-qualification and selection of the project.

第一阶段：资格预审

资格预审，采用公开报名，设计单位需要提供包括团队成员、作品成果等能表现团队设计实力的相关证明材料；并且必须在规定时间内，按照设计任务书的设计和成果要求提交设计成果。

Phase I: Pre-qualification

Pre-qualification, using open application, design units need to provide relevant supporting materials including team members, work results, etc. that can show the team's design strength. will submit their design results in accordance with the design and outcome requirements of the design task book within the specified time.

第二阶段：方案评选

由主办单位依法依规组建方案评审委员会，方案评审委员会对报名单位提交的方案设计成果进行详细审阅、充分讨论，对方案的设计创意及建造可行性进行评审及方案评分，最终确定4家设计单位和2家候补设计单位，并由方案评审委员会评定最终名次，前4名为中选团队（若中选团队因自身原因无法完成后续合作，则由候补设计单位进行补位），最终中选名单报主办单位审定后与中选团队进行合同签订，对未中选的两家候补设计单位不做任何解释及奖金发放。

Phase II: Program selection

In accordance with legal and regulatory requirements, the organizing committee will establish a proposal review committee. The proposal review committee will conduct a detailed review and thorough discussion of the design proposals submitted by the participating firms. They will evaluate the design creativity and feasibility of construction, and assign scores to each proposal. Ultimately, 4 design units and 2 alternate design units are determined, and the final ranking is evaluated by the program review committee, the top 4 are the selected teams (if the selected team cannot complete the follow-up cooperation due to its own reasons, the alternate design unit will make up the position), and the winning list is submitted to the organizer for review and signing a contract with the selected team, and no explanation and bonus payment is given to the two candidate design units that are not selected.

7.1 奖金细则

奖金包含后续方案设计、深化没计、施工配合工作。各阶段设计成果必须通过审查，配合后续其他专业初步设计，配合施工图没计，主创没计师在设计深化及施工过程中提供必要的品质保障工作(主创设计师负责制)；协助甲方完成可研编制、各类报批、报建等审批手续办理，以下具体金额均含税。

7.2 付款时间表

景观设计周期自方案设计到花园验收为十（10）个月。若由于乙方原因，整个设计流程或其任一设计阶段的持续时间超过约定期限，则甲方有权公平地调整其奖金，以下具体金额均含税。

The landscape design cycle is ten (10) months from scheme design to garden acceptance. If the duration of the entire design process or any of its design stages exceeds the agreed period due to Party B, Party A shall have the right to adjust its prize fairly, and the following amounts shall include tax.

50%方案移交施工单位，完成对接后 （￥90,000）

30% 配合施工图完成后（￥54,000）

20% 园区开幕（￥36,000）

大师园组织委员会统一安排乙方主创设计师本人及一名设计助理在开幕（2024.4.24-2023.4.28）和闭幕（2024.10.26-2024.10.30）两个时段（各自一次、共两次、合计四人次），从国外到成都的往返机票（普通经济舱），这两个时段内，设计师团队在中国期间的交通、食宿也由大师园组织委员会统一安排，该部分费用为单独支付，不计入设计费当中。

The Organizing Committee of the Master Garden will arrange a round-trip air ticket (ordinary economy class) from abroad to Chengdu for Party B and a design assistant during the opening (2024.4.24-2023.4.28) and closing (2024.10.26-2024.10.30) periods (once each, twice in total, a total of four people). During these two periods, the transportation and accommodation of the designer team in China are also uniformly arranged by the Organizing Committee of the Master Garden, which is paid separately and is not included in the design fee.

对于乙方而言，约定的服务费不包括以下各项：

• 服务范围中未详细列出的其他差旅费及相关费用；

• 升舱的费用；

• 翻译费；

• 景观成本计算或成本分析;

• 上述费用中未包含的所有其它费用。

For Party B, the agreed service fee does not include the following:

• Other travel expenses and related costs not detailed in the scope of services;

• The cost of upgrading;

• Translation fees;

• Landscape costing or cost analysis .

• All other costs not included in the above costs.

8.1 本次方案征集中接收的所有有效的应征文件（包括概念提案、方案设计、证明材料等）均不退回。

8.1 All valid application documents (including concept proposal, scheme design, supporting materials, etc.) received in this Call for Proposals will not be returned.

8.2 设计单位应保证提供服务时编制的所有设计成果（包括图纸、说明、电子文档及其他相关文件等）均为原创，不得包含任何侵犯第三方知识产权的内容及资料。设计单位因侵犯他人知识产权或专有技术或商业秘密等合法权益所引起的全部法律及经济责任由设计团队承担。

8.2 The design unit shall ensure that all design results (including drawings, instructions, electronic files and other relevant documents, etc.) prepared in the provision of services are original and shall not contain any content or information that infringes the intellectual property rights of third parties. The design unit shall bear all legal and economic responsibilities caused by infringement of others' intellectual property rights or proprietary technology or trade secrets and other legitimate rights and interests by the design team.

8.3 中选团队的设计成果的知识产权，属于中选团队所有。对中选团队提交的参赛成果，主办单位/承办单位在与中选团队签订奖金合同/协议后，享有独占使用权（仅限于本项目），但应当尊重并保护中选团队的署名权、报奖评选权等合法权益。未经主办单位/征集人书面许可，不得将上述文件用于其他工程设计或其他目的，也不得将上述文件泄露给任何第三方。未中选的设计团队成果的知识产权，属于未中选的设计团队所有。

8.3 The intellectual property rights of the design results of the selected team belong to the selected team. For the entry results submitted by the successful team, the organizer/contractor shall have the exclusive right to use them after signing a bonus contract/agreement with the successful team (for this project only)，it should respect and protect the legitimate rights and interests of the selected team, such as the right to sign, the right to submit awards. The said documents shall not be used for other engineering design or other purposes, nor shall the said documents be disclosed to any third party without the written permission of the organizer/recruiter. The intellectual property rights of the results of the unsuccessful finalist team belong to the unsuccessful finalist team.

8.4 中选团队对设计成果的宣传应事先征得主办单位/承办单位书面同意。主办单位/承办单位及组织策划单位有权对设计团队提交的部分或全部参赛成果进行发布、宣传、出版和展示，但应注明设计方的名称。

8.4 The publicity of the design results by the selected teams shall be subject to the prior written consent of the organizer/contractor. The organizer/contractor and the organizing and planning unit shall have the right to publish, promote, publish and display some or all of the results submitted by the design team, provided that the name of the designer is indicated.

8.5 方案评审前，设计单位未征得主办单位/承办单位的同意，不得以任何方式披露、公开或展示其设计成果及任何项目相关的信息和资料，否则被依法追究相应责任，并取消其本次项目申请或获奖资格。

8.5 Before the evaluation of the program, the design unit shall not disclose, publicize or display its design results and any project-related information and materials in any way without the consent of the organizer/contractor, otherwise it will be held responsible and disqualified from applying or winning this project according to law.

9.1 用语和时间标准：本次征集活动采用中英文双语对照格式，当中英文内容不一致时，以中文为准。征集活动的所有时间均以北京时间为准。

9.1 Language and time standards: This call for entries will be in bilingual format, and in case of inconsistency between the English and Chinese contents, the Chinese shall prevail. All times of the collection activities shall be based on Beijing time.

9.2 主办单位有权根据实际情况调整征集活动的日程安排，并及时通知设计机构。

9.4 参加本次征集活动的设计机构均自动视为承认本次征集活动规则以及各阶段相应的文件内容要求。
