Lingshui New Village Lagoon Tanka Row is about 218.6KM away from Haikou City, Hainan Province and about 64.8KM away from Sanya City, Hainan Province. Xincun Lagoon is located in the southeast of Xincun Town, Lingshui Li Autonomous County. It is 4 kilometers long from north to south, 6 kilometers wide from east to west, and covers an area of 24 square kilometers. The port is narrow and wide inside, surrounded by the Nanwan Peninsula on the east and west sides, with calm weather and good shelter from the wind. It is the national central fishing port and a natural breeding ground for fishermen in Xincun. It has unique Tanka folk culture and rich natural tourism resources. At present, there are 456 households with fishing rows and 1,475 ships in Xincun Township, and more than 5,000 people live and work at sea all year round.
Lingshui, Hainan, located at the mysterious resort latitude of 18°N, has 500 years of history and culture. The Tanka people who live here make their living and home from the sea, and are called "Sea Gypsies". The Tanka fishing row is also an intangible cultural heritage protection project in Hainan Province.
The competition theme is “Lingshui Sea Nomadic Imagination”, and we chose the sea Tanka fishing rows of Lingshui Xincun Port around the lagoon as the carrier to explore the unique way of living in the South China Sea, experience the local culture and landscape, While responding to the government’s needs, the project also aims to improve the quality of life for the residents around the lagoon and fishing rows in Xinchun Town and to create a sustainable and diverse public space that will ultimately resonate with the local people, space, and culture.
Contribute to improving the quality of life of the people living on the lagoon, creating sustainable ecological habitation; preserve the culture and lifestyle on the lagoon while attracting a wider range of business possibilities.
The winning team will receive a certificate issued by the competition organizing committee, Bonuses are pre-tax bonuses.

设计需体现陵水新村潟湖文化特色，充分尊重、展现在地文化的历史精神的同时，开放创新与新的时代风貌碰撞，对在地生态文旅、历史资源等领域进行深入研究，探索可面向未来乡村发展的新营造模式。
The design should reflect the cultural characteristics of the Lingshui New Village Lagoon, fully respect and present the historical spirit of local culture and the new era, conduct in-depth research on the local ecology, culture and tourism, historical resources, etc., and explore new construction models for future rural development.
可行性与落地性
Feasibility and implementability
设计需具有运营可行性，探索运营的灵活性，实现空间的高效利用。并且在材料的用材、建造工艺、运营能耗等方面需考虑生态环保建筑的可持续性。
The design needs to be operationally feasible, explore operational flexibility, and achieve efficient use of space. The sustainability of the building must be considered in terms of material usage, construction techniques, and operational energy consumption.

设计需对整体空间进行系统性设计优化，打造匹配陵水新村潟湖的特色新空间形象，设计赋能，对空间及业态进行统筹谋划，提供可支撑陵水新港村乡村振兴的新品质内涵。
The design requires a systematic optimization of the overall space to create a new characteristic spatial image that matches the Lingshui New Village lagoon, and an integrated planning of the space and business pattern to provide new quality connotations that can support the rural revitalization of Lingshui New Port Village.
赛道A：渔排民居改造（约20㎡）
Track A：Renovation of Fishing Row Dwellings
在现有的基础上对水上渔排民居进行升级改造设计，提升疍民的生活质量，包括不限于：渔排养殖空间、疍民居住内部及外部空间升级等任何参赛团队认为可以升级的改造设计，设计时需考虑环境保护措施、雨污水排放、绿色低碳和环保节能等需求，建议渔排居民改造预算控制在三万元以内。
Upgrade and renovate the existing fishing rows dwelling on the water to improve the quality of life for the Tanka people. This includes but is not limited to upgrading the fishing rows farming space, upgrading the internal and external dwelling spaces of Tanka people, and any other redesigns that participating teams believe will improve the living conditions. Environmental protection measures, rain and sewage discharge, green low-carbon, and environmental protection and energy-saving needs should be considered. Suggestion the budget should be controlled within 30,000 RMB.

*Modular processing: Fishing rows are distributed in a modular manner. The following diagram shows the current measurement dimensions of fishing rows for reference of the participants, which can be flexibly adjusted within the feasible span.
每个点位至少四张A1尺寸(841MMx594MM)的设计方案，排版构图横竖不限。方案内容包含但不限于：总平面图、建筑平面图、立面图、剖面图、效果图及分析图、设计理念图解（需含设计说明，设计说明要阐述方案的设计理念、创意亮点等内容，文本资料为word格式；）、经济技术指标（需含有投资估算）、其他能充分表达设计构思的画面资料，还需提交创作草图、工作照片及其他创作过程资料若干。（最终设计成图文件以JPG格式提交 ，精度应不小于300dp）

赛道B：公共空间营造（大于200㎡）
对现有的海上渔排公共空间营造，包括不限于民宿、餐饮、酒吧、咖啡厅、书吧、小剧场、艺术展馆、休闲中心、花店、文创小店、集合空间等任何参赛团队认为应该出现的业态设计，偏向小商业群规划、建筑组团设计、建筑单体设计，设计时需考虑环境保护措施、雨污水排放、绿色低碳和环保节能等需求。
