河南博物院文创与云台山文旅 | Spatial and Cultural Creative Design of the Henan Museum
河南作为中华文明主根,中国历史主脉,历史文化底蕴丰厚,文物遗存禀赋突出。近年来河南省委深入贯彻习近平总书记关于文物工作重要论述和重要指示批示精神。全面加强文物保护利用和文化遗产保护传承,加快建设文旅强省和考古强省,推动文旅文创融合战略落地实施,为文化传承发展注入连绵不绝的活力与生机。河南博物院馆藏文物达14万余件,在中华传统文化传播的视域下,拥有巨大的文创产业转化资源,同时也亟须建构起文博资源的广谱化和长效性转化与市场传播机制。以文博与文旅产业的发展为驱动,对相应的城乡区域场景进行主题性空间更新设计,以空间设计承载文化内容,以自然造物助力城市更新与乡村振兴,同时形成分布式微型大河造物博物馆,扩大地区影响力乃至全国范围。
Henan, as the primary root of Chinese civilization and the main artery of Chinese history, possesses a rich historical and cultural heritage with notable cultural relics. In recent years, the Henan Provincial Committee has been diligently implementing the important expositions and directives of General Secretary Xi Jinping regarding cultural heritage work. Efforts have been comprehensive in strengthening the conservation and utilization of cultural relics, as well as the inheritance and protection of cultural heritage. The province has expedited the construction of a province strong in cultural tourism and archaeology, advancing the implementation of strategies for integrating cultural tourism and cultural creativity, injecting sustained vitality and vigor into cultural inheritance and development. The Henan Museum houses a collection of cultural relics exceeding 140,000 items. Positioned within the realm of disseminating traditional Chinese culture, it possesses significant resources for the transformation of cultural and creative industries. Simultaneously, there is an urgent need to construct a broad-spectrum and long-term transformation of cultural and museum resources, along with market dissemination mechanisms. Driven by the development of cultural and tourism industries, thematic spatial renewal designs are being undertaken for corresponding urban and rural areas. These designs utilize spatial planning to convey cultural content and leverage natural creations to facilitate urban renewal and rural revitalization. Concurrently, a distributed micro-macro museum system is being established, aiming to amplify regional influence and extend its reach nationwide.
■河南博物院空间与文创设计 | Spatial and Cultural Creative Design of the Henan Museum
河南博物院的五个临时性空间需要升级改造为各类文创空间,并要作为可复制的产业模式与模块在更多博物馆进行推广。我们根据空间特点,分别用“集市、剧场、院宅、庭园、群岛”界定所需改造的五个空间。结合河南传统的“食、饮、俗、玩,用”,用五行五色对各个空间的内容创新、展陈落位、视觉形象、运营策略等方面进行多维度分析。在五个空间内统一植入可移动的模块化展具,增加展示界面,形成多个主题的微展场,让其成为地域文化和文明互鉴的博物中心。同时借助全时活动策划,与云台山等地区联动,搭建博购一体的服务平台。
The five temporary spaces at the Henan Museum require upgrading and transformation into various cultural and creative spaces, which should serve as replicable industrial models and modules for promotion in more museums. Based on the characteristics of each space, we have defined the necessary transformations as "market, theater, courtyard, garden, and archipelago". Combining Henan's traditional elements of "food, drink, customs, play, and use", we conducted multidimensional analyses of content innovation, exhibition placement, visual imagery, and operational strategies using the five elements and colors. Modular exhibition elements are uniformly integrated into the five spaces, increasing display interfaces and forming multiple themed micro-exhibition areas, making them a central hub for regional cultural exchange and civilization. Simultaneously, through continuous event planning, collaborative efforts with areas such as Mount Yuntai are initiated to establish an integrated platform for museum-related services and purchases.

■ 云台山文旅内容与规划/ The Cultural and Tourism Content and Planning of Mount Yuntai
云台山镇位于河南省焦作市修武县,以云台山风景区而知名。本项目通过对云台山镇地区的全域分析,提出“民宿+”转型增效模式,以分布式博物馆的形式,凝聚地方文化,搭载特色配套产业,实现差异化竞争,并植入全时节庆活动提升品牌效益。设计团队从研学、节庆、食养、户外、展演等方向出发,与河南省博物院资源互联互通,通过视觉、空间、活动策略,在云台山镇的空闲区域,以分布式、可移动展车的形式,以点带面地建构地方性品牌网络,促成景区与村区之间的流量互通,最终促进从观光游到驻地深度体验与文化内容共建的消费模式转化。
Yuntai Mountain Town is located in Xiuwu County, Jiaozuo City, Henan Province, renowned for its Yuntai Mountain Scenic Area. Through a comprehensive analysis of the Yuntai Mountain Town area, this project proposes a "homestay +" transformation and efficiency enhancement model. It aims to consolidate local culture, carry out distinctive supporting industries, achieve differential competition, and integrate year-round festival activities to enhance brand benefits in the form of distributed museums. The design team, focusing on study tours, festivals, gastronomy, outdoor activities, and performances, collaborates with the resources of the Henan Museum. Through visual, spatial, and activity strategies, the team constructs a localized brand network in idle areas of Yuntai Mountain Town using distributed and movable exhibition vehicles. This facilitates the exchange of visitors between the scenic area and the village, ultimately promoting the transformation of consumption patterns from sightseeing to immersive experiences and co-building of cultural content.

Sanya Mountain, Sea, and Sky Content & Planning
依据海南岛的自然地理优势及JW万豪酒店定位,结合中国绿发的绿色生态发展理念,构建以“儿童自然教育博物馆/体验馆”作为局域支点,链接海洋主题儿童乐园、儿童水乐园、亲子体验馆、亲子房等不同支点的服务和业态,通过视觉设计、行为设计、空间设计,形成“儿童自然生态教育、体验、游玩”的整体内容渗透,进而带动JW万豪酒店的运营内容和客群向高端亲子客群和年轻客群转化,构建复合化的品牌策略和全链运营体系。
Leveraging the natural geographical advantages of Hainan Island and the strategic positioning of the JW Marriott Hotel, this endeavor amalgamates China's eco-centric Green Development principles to establish a framework pivoted around the "Children's Natural Education Museum/Experience Center" as a local node. This framework serves to interlink disparate amenities and formats, such as ocean-themed children's amusement parks, children's water parks, parent-child experience centers, and family suites. Leveraging visual, behavioral, and spatial design paradigms, the overarching objective is to engender comprehensive permeation of "children's natural ecological education, experiential learning, and recreational activities." Subsequently, this initiative aims to catalyze the operational trajectory and clientele of the JW Marriott Hotel towards upscale parent-child and youthful demographics, thus engendering a multifaceted brand strategy and a holistic operational framework.
本项目为海南三亚JW万豪酒店改造提升计划,我们联系绿发集团理念以及山海天主题打造 “生生世界” 品牌文化,在材料选择、内容导向、以及人群行为引导都与循环共生相联系。按照低干扰、高品质,轻开发、重体验的原则,推动文化和旅游融合发展,将共生理念融入其中,以一种生生不息的动力,呼应持续发展的理念,体现生命间的相互联系与共生共荣。从空间更新、内容叙事等方向,更新改造海南三亚JW万豪酒店,以全面提升酒店亲子区域的品质与人群体验。
The present project entails the renovation and enhancement plan for the JW Marriott Hotel in Sanya, Hainan. Drawing inspiration from the principles of the Green Development Group and the thematic establishment of "Living World" brand culture at Haitang Bay, this endeavor intertwines material selection, content orientation, and crowd behavior guidance with the ethos of cyclical symbiosis. Guided by the principles of minimal disruption, high quality, light development, and heavy experiential focus, it aims to propel the integrated development of culture and tourism while integrating the concept of symbiosis. Through a perpetual drive emblematic of continuous development, it resonates with the notion of interconnectedness and mutual prosperity among life forms. Through spatial refurbishment, narrative content enhancement, and other avenues, the Sanya JW Marriott Hotel in Hainan undergoes comprehensive rejuvenation, aiming to elevate the quality of the hotel's family-friendly areas and enhance the overall guest experience.
■ 探险家日志 | Explorer's Journal
该项目以三亚JW万豪酒店作为规划对象,从亲子主题教育、寓教于乐的方向出发,对酒店进行全域主题空间规划。在《探险家日志》中,我们抓住儿童身上的“偶像心理”,挖掘儿童十大教育片的主题内容,最终选取代表着“勇敢”、“冒险”、“体验”的探险家们,结合酒店“山海天”主题,将探险家们分为陆地探险家、海洋探险家、天空探险家三大类对应主题。结合在地文化、自然环境,将探险家的生平事迹与三亚独特的自然特色,将探险家与内容植入场地,打造叙事结构完整、清晰、有趣的游玩空间,邀请大家一同进入到探险家们的冒险世界。
The project focuses on the holistic thematic spatial planning of the Sanya JW Marriott Hotel, starting from the direction of parent-child themed education and edutainment. In the "Explorer's Journal," we seize upon the "idol psychology" in children and delve into the thematic content of the top ten educational films for children. Ultimately, we select explorers representing "courage," "adventure," and "experience," combining them with the hotel's theme of "mountains, seas, and skies." These explorers are categorized into three major themes: land explorers, marine explorers, and sky explorers. By integrating local culture and natural environment, the life stories of the explorers are intertwined with the unique natural features of Sanya. Through this integration, the explorers and their narratives are implanted into the site, creating a narrative structure that is complete, clear, and engaging. This invites everyone to enter the adventurous world of the explorers.
