瀫光焕活计划
HUSHIGUANG UPDATING
瀫石光焕活计划聚焦衢州龙游激石光片区,置入数字游民,共享食农,绿道慢行,自然观察,社区剧场五个内容板块,以局域带动全域,整合龙游文旅资源,实现可持续发展。我们的核心策略是“链接”:共享食农、自然观察与社区剧场作为内容生产的核心板块,数字游民网络作为线上平台,绿道慢行系统作为线下基础设施,通过文化内容生产赋能存量空间,带动全域文旅产业升级。五大板块内容在全链交织,全时互动,联动由木材厂改造的局域核心,实现全域协同发展。
The Hushiguang Revitalization Plan centers on the Jishiguang area in Longyou, Quzhou. It integrates five key content modules: digital nomad living, shared agri - food experiences, slow - paced greenway journeys, nature observation activities, and community theater performances. By stimulating the development of the local area, this plan aims to drive the growth of the entire region. It achieves this by comprehensively integrating Longyou's cultural and tourism resources, thus fostering sustainable development.
Our core strategy is "linkage". The shared agri - food, nature observation, and community theater modules are the cornerstones of content creation. The digital nomad network serves as an online platform, while the slow - travel greenway system provides the offline infrastructure. Through the production of cultural content, we infuse new vitality into existing spaces, propelling the upgrade of the cultural and tourism industry across the entire region.
These five modules are interwoven throughout the development chain and maintain constant interaction. They collaborate closely with the transformed timber - factory - based local core area, ultimately achieving coordinated development across the whole region.

点亮高平
LIGHTENING GAOPING
彩灯文化在山西高平有着悠久的历史。近年来,地方政府投入大量资源,希望将高平灯会打造为地方性文化活动品牌。《点亮高平》课题组围绕高平灯会的整体策划展开,分别以《山海炎志》与《米山诸缘》为题,对炎帝山海经和二十四诸天进行文化叙事,将平面形象设计转化为立体灯具造物,并作为分布式展具,置入城乡公共空间,以点带面,通过节庆活动策划,联动城乡文旅资源,打造传播地域文化的旗帜品牌。
The culture of lantern festivals has a long history in Gaoping, Shanxi. In recent years, the local government has invested significant resources to establish the Gaoping Lantern Festival as a regional cultural event brand. The Lighting Up Gaoping project team focuses on the overall planning of the Gaoping Lantern Festival, presenting cultural narratives through two themes: Legends of Yan from the Classic of Mountains and Seas and Encounters of the Twenty-Four Deities of Mount Mi. The project transforms graphic designs inspired by The Classic of Mountains and Seas and the Twenty-Four Deities into three-dimensional lantern creations. These distributed installations are integrated into urban and rural public spaces, creating a network of exhibits. Through festival event planning, the project links urban and rural cultural and tourism resources, aiming to establish a flagship brand that promotes and disseminates regional culture.
•内容策略:“山海炎志”对《山海经》与炎帝文化进行内容谱系的梳理和创意转化,在梳理高平全域灯会活动的基础上,选取高平东站作为示范园区,进行城市范围的活动推广;“米山诸缘”对米西村-铁佛寺的诸天造像及典故资料进行内容谱系的梳理和视觉化的转化,整合米西村的全域资源,结合村域空间功能和历史文脉进行策划。
•视觉策略:“山海炎志”根据《山海经》中的炎帝后代与相关的奇珍异兽,结合山西文物纹理图案,形成色彩管理系统与图形系统,创作出一系列平面异兽形象,衍生出灯具造物和活动品牌;“米山诸缘”品牌形象设计取材于米西村铁佛寺的二十四诸天造像,以其头饰和法器来象征二十四诸天的身份,并设计不同功能属性,形成五行色彩结构,构建整体视觉系统。
•空间策略:“山海炎志”将平面异兽形象转化为立体灯具,与功能模块和移动式展具系统设计结合,形成一套带有城市家具功能的灯具造物,并以高平东站作为示范园区,利用灯具展陈开展一系列活动;“米山诸缘”以米西村为基地,通过对米西村公共空间及历史文脉的梳理,将灯具造物以分布式展陈的方式置入其中。
•活动策略:“山海炎志”以山海经与炎帝文化进行内容叙事,以“全民炎帝”作为活动核心,以炎帝身份定义角色扮演,通过与全年节日结合,传播至全域范围;“米山诸缘”以二十四诸天背后的典故与寓意进行活动内容叙事。以二十四诸天形象灯具为载体,以收集诸天祝福为任务主线,最终在村域范围内构建分布式展具。“山海炎志”和“米山诸缘”以点带面,通过节庆策划,联动文旅资源,打造传播地域文化的旗帜品牌。
·Content Strategy:"Shanhai Yanzhi" sorts out the content pedigree of The Classic of Mountains and Seas and Yandi culture and transforms them creatively. After reviewing the lantern festival activities across Gaoping, it selects Gaoping East Station as the demonstration park to promote activities city - wide.
"Mishan Zhuyuan" sorts out the content pedigree of the statues of the Devas and related allusions in Mixi Village - Tiefosi Temple, and conducts visual transformation. It integrates all - around resources of Mixi Village and plans in line with the village's spatial functions and historical context.
·Visual Strategy:"Shanhai Yanzhi" forms a color management system and a graphic system by combining the descendants of Yandi and exotic creatures in The Classic of Mountains and Seas with the texture patterns of Shanxi's cultural relics. It creates a series of flat - shaped exotic creature images, from which lamp creations and activity brands are derived.
The brand image design of "Mishan Zhuyuan" is inspired by the statues of the Twenty - Four Devas in Tiefosi Temple of Mixi Village. The identities of the Twenty - Four Devas are symbolized by their headdresses and ritual implements. By designing different functional attributes, it forms a five - element color structure to build an overall visual system.
·Space Strategy:"Shanhai Yanzhi" transforms the flat - shaped exotic creature images into three - dimensional lamps, combines them with the design of functional modules and a mobile exhibition system, creating a set of lamp creations with urban - furniture functions. Using Gaoping East Station as the demonstration park, it launches a series of activities through lamp exhibitions.
"Mishan Zhuyuan" takes Mixi Village as the base. By sorting out the public spaces and historical context of Mixi Village, it arranges the lamp creations in a distributed display manner.
·Activity Strategy:"Shanhai Yanzhi" tells stories based on The Classic of Mountains and Seas and Yandi culture, with "Yandi for All" as the core of the activity. It defines role - playing by the identity of Yandi and spreads the activity across the whole region by integrating with festivals throughout the year.
"Mishan Zhuyuan" tells the activity content based on the allusions and implications behind the Twenty - Four Devas. Using the lamps in the shape of the Twenty - Four Devas as the carrier, with the task of collecting the blessings of the Devas as the main line, it finally constructs a distributed display system within the village area.
Both "Shanhai Yanzhi" and "Mishan Zhuyuan" radiate from specific points to the whole area. Through festival planning, they integrate cultural and tourism resources to create a leading brand for spreading regional culture.

——工人新村的可能性与凝聚力

Possibility and Cohesion of Worker's Village
在上海的工人新村里,有着最平凡的人,他们有的在这里“做生活”,有的在这里“生活”,在杂乱的表象下内化出一套自发的秩序与系统。本课题讨论了曹杨新村作为建国初期实现社会主义集体生活“先生产后生活”而创造的“社会凝聚器”,是否有可能在今天“先生活后生产”的社会大背景下焕发出新生。我们以上海工业博物馆的展陈作为契机,将工人新村作为内容的集成与研究的大背景。按“事、物、场”三个向度展开叙事,以“人”为代表的关系生产为线索,最终导向未来“以村为馆"的在地策展事件。
以工人新村为例,我们进而提出问题:这在城市面貌日新月异的当下,在宏大的历史潮流中,不响的普通生活是否真正的产生“回响”?一个社区又如何结合自身文化和在地情况焕发新的生机?
In the worker's villages of Shanghai, there reside the most ordinary people, some of whom "make a living" here, while others simply "live" here. Beneath the chaotic exterior, they have internalized a set of spontaneous order and system. This research project explores whether Caoyang New Village, originally conceived as a "social condenser" to realize the socialist collective life principle of "production first, life second" in the early days of the People's Republic of China, could be revitalized in today's societal context that prioritizes "life first, production second." Taking the exhibition of the Shanghai Industrial Museum as a starting point, we consider the workers' villages as the integrated content and broader research context. The narrative unfolds along three dimensions: "events, objects, and spaces," with the production of relationships represented by "people" as the thread, ultimately leading to a future local curatorial event that envisions "the village as a museum."
Using the workers' villages as a case study, we further pose the question: In the rapidly changing urban landscape of today, amidst the grand currents of history, can the silent, ordinary life truly produce an "echo"? How can a community rejuvenate itself by integrating its own culture and local conditions to spark new vitality?
