课程介绍

《健康家居设计》是工业设计本科四年级的专业选修课。本课程通过全流程实题实践,依托浙江工业大学.嵊州三江街道美好生活联创院的校地合作实践课题,面向“一老一小”开展产品及其服务的研发活动。在德国斯图加特国立造型艺术学院彼得利兹堡教授的主持、指导下,了解和掌握相关产品及其服务的设计趋势和方法,借助设计实践来提升对应人群的身心素养,实现“以产品促益智”、“以活动促竞技”的“健康”目标,提高学生研发能力和创新素养。

"Healthy Home Design" is an elective course for the fourth year of undergraduate industrial design. This course involves practical exercises throughout the entire process, relying on the collaboration between Zhejiang University of Technology and the Shengzhou Sanjiang Street Beautiful Life Co-creation Institute. It focuses on product and service development for the elderly and children. Under the guidance of Professor Peter Litzlbauer from the State Academy of Fine Arts in Stuttgart, Germany, based on research, brainstorming, and activity participation, through these project-based practices, students gain insight into design trends and methods for related products and services, enhancing the physical and mental well-being of target populations through product design. The course aims to achieve the "healthy" goals of "promoting intelligence through products" and "promoting competition through activities," thereby improving students research capabilities and innovative qualities.

课程由朱意灏老师主持,特邀德国斯图加特国立造型艺术学院Peter Litzlbauer教授与邹攀助教作为设计指导。

The course was hosted by Professors Zhu Yihao, with the invitation of Professor Peter Litzlbauer and teaching assistant Zou Pan from the National Academy of Fine Arts in Stuttgart, Germany as design advisors.

彼得.利兹堡教授是德国斯图加特国立造型艺术学院建筑系教授与副校长、中国美术学院与浙江工业大学客座教授,擅长建筑、家具与木制品设计,并在德国开办过10余次个人设计作品展。此后,陆续在中国美院、中央美院、清华大学等校开展20余次国际创新设计工作坊,并荣获浙江省省政府西湖友人奖。

Professor Peter Litzlbauer is a professor and vice president of the Department of Architecture at the State Academy of Fine Arts in Stuttgart, Germany, as well as a visiting professor at China Academy of Art and Zhejiang University of Technology. He specializes in architectural, furniture, and wood product design, having held over ten solo design exhibitions in Germany. Since then, he has organized more than twenty international innovation design workshops at institutions such as China Academy of Art, Central Academy of Fine Arts, and Tsinghua University, and has been awarded the West Lake Friendship Award by the Zhejiang Provincial Government.

课程目标

《健康家居设计》课程旨在通过全流程实践,培养学生在健康家居产品设计领域的工程能力、创新思维和商业推广能力。课程分为理论学习与实践操作两大部分,课程先由德国斯图加特国立造型艺术学院的Litzlbauer教授主持理论教学,讲解设计流程、共创细节与包装设计原则,学生通过课前自学课件、课中案例讲解与重点分析,系统掌握相关理论知识。随后进入实践阶段,包括调研、设计、制作与推广四个部分。

The course "Healthy Home Design" aims to cultivate students engineering capabilities, innovative thinking, and business promotion skills in the field of healthy home product design through comprehensive practical experience. The course is divided into two main parts: theoretical learning and practical operation. It begins with Professor Litzlbauer from the State Academy of Fine Arts in Stuttgart, Germany, who leads the theoretical instruction, explaining design processes, co-creation details, and packaging design principles. Students systematically grasp relevant theoretical knowledge through pre-class self-study of course materials, case studies during class, and focused analysis. Subsequently, the practical phase includes four components: research, design, production, and promotion.

授课流程

在课程中,德国教授Peter Litzlbauer通过一系列手绘草图,与学生们深入探讨了产品设计的细节。这些草图不仅展示了产品的基本结构和功能,还涵盖了尺寸、材料选择以及预期的用户交互方式。在这一过程中,教授耐心地解释了设计背后的理念,并鼓励学生们提出自己的见解和创意。这种通过视觉化沟通的方式极大地促进了双方的理解,使得设计思路更加清晰,同时也激发了学生们的创造力。

In the course, German professor Peter Litzlbauer discussed the details of product design with students through a series of hand-drawn sketches. These sketches not only show the basic structure and functionality of the product, but also cover dimensions, material selection, and expected user interaction. During this process, the professor patiently explained the concept behind the design and encouraged the students to put forward their own insights and ideas. This method of visual communication greatly promoted the understanding between both parties, made the design ideas clearer, and also stimulated the students' creativity.

经过多轮设计方案交流与迭代后,在“木艺工场”作产品模型,并在社区邻里中心推广产品、组织儿童参与益智健身活动,验证设计的实际效果。课程最终以展览形式呈现成果,结合嵊州邻里节活动展示学生设计的产品实物、宣传海报与视频,并计划将部分优秀作品应用于教材编写和设计赛事投稿。

After multiple rounds of design scheme exchanges and iterations, they create product models at the "Woodworking Workshop". They also promote their products in community neighborhood centers and organize children to participate in educational fitness activities to verify the practical effects of the designs. The course ultimately presents its outcomes through an exhibition, showcasing physical products, promotional posters, and videos from student designs in conjunction with the Shengzhou Neighborhood Festival. Plans are in place to incorporate some outstanding works into textbook writing and design competition submissions.

在课程设计交流环节中,各小组通过宣传视频、设计报告以及现场演示等方式,详细展示了他们所设计和制作的产品。他们介绍了产品的独特功能、玩法、制作过程中的技术挑战以及未来改进的方向。彼得.利兹堡教授对每件作品的创意理念、造型设计、工艺水平和用户体验进行了深入点评,并针对产品如何从概念走向市场提出了宝贵的建议。

During the course design exchange session, each group presented their designed and created products in detail through promotional videos, design reports, and live demonstrations. They introduced the unique features, gameplay, technical challenges during production, and future directions for improvement of their products. Professor Litzlbauer provided in-depth comments on the creative concepts, design shapes, craftsmanship levels, and user experiences of each piece, and offered valuable suggestions on how to transform these concepts into marketable products.

在本次课程中,全体学生在有限的制作时间内,展现了较高的设计与制作效率。彼得.利兹堡教授在审阅所有作品的宣传视频和设计报告后,对同学们的表现给予了高度评价,尤其对最终策划及其产品的质量印象深刻。课程的成功实施,不仅锻炼了学生的实践能力和创新思维,也为校地合作模式提供了新的探索经验。

In the course, all participants demonstrated high efficiency in design and production within the limited time frame. After reviewing all promotional videos and design reports, Professor Litzlbauer gave high praise to the students performance, particularly impressed by the final planning and product quality. During the presentation session, he fully affirmed and commended the details and creativity of each piece. The successful implementation of the course not only honed the students practical skills and innovative thinking but also provided new exploratory experiences for school-community collaboration models.

MAZE&TIC-TAC-TOE /迷棋探趣

设计说明:以“迷宫三子棋”为主题,结合迷宫探索和三子棋游戏,通过手工制作和游戏互动,让孩子在完成迷宫挑战的同时,锻炼逻辑思维和手眼协调能力。孩子们需要制作迷宫装置,利用倾斜控制引导黑白球穿越迷宫路径,并在三子棋格子中连成一线取得胜利。

Focusing on the theme of "MAZE&TIC-TAC-TOE" this project combines maze exploration with the game of three-step chess. Through hands-on creation and interactive play, children can complete maze challenges while developing logical thinking and hand-eye coordination skills. Children need to construct a maze device, using tilt controls to guide black and white balls through the maze paths, and connect them in a line within the three-step chess grid to win.

3D tictactoe/立体井字棋

设计说明:通过手工制作和棋类游戏相结合的方式,孩子们将使用桦木材料和工具,亲手制作棋子和棋盘,包括用木棒切割、打磨并绘制具有辨识度的棋子图案,以及在木板上绘制米字格并钻孔制作棋盘,并在游戏环节在立体的棋盘上进行三子棋等棋类游戏。

By combining handmade crafts with board games, children will use birch wood materials and tools to create their own chess pieces and boards. This includes cutting, polishing, and drawing distinctive chess piece patterns with wooden sticks, as well as drawing grid lines on the wood and drilling holes to make the board. During the game session, they will play three-piece games on the three-dimensional board.

Fun Pop Tubes /趣物弹筒

设计说明:以“光之物”为主题,通过纸筒和乒乓球等材料制作一个造型独特的装置。参与者需要利用不同直径的纸筒进行排列组合,并通过乒乓球的弹射或发射与装置进行互动,以积累“联系值”唤醒“光之物”。

With the theme of "Light Objects", make a uniquely shaped device using materials such as paper tubes and ping-pong balls. Participants need to arrange and combine paper tubes of different diameters, and interact with the device through the launching or firing of ping-pong balls to accumulate "connection values" and awaken "Light Objects".

Miniature Eco-bottle/生态瓶

设计说明:通过准备玻璃瓶、镊子、喷雾瓶等工具,以及干苔藓、椰壳纤维、木炭粉和松树皮等材料,按照一定比例混合并搅拌均匀,制作出适合植物生长的土壤。接着将土壤倒入玻璃瓶中,布置青苔、松皮石、蕨类植物等装饰,还可以用黏土制作小装饰物并上色后插入生态瓶中。

Prepare tools such as glass bottles, tweezers, and spray bottles, along with materials like dried moss, coconut shell fibers, charcoal powder, and pine bark. Mix these ingredients in a certain ratio and stir evenly to create soil suitable for plant growth. Pour the soil into the glass bottle, arrange decorations such as moss, pine bark stones, and ferns, and you can also make small decorative items from clay, color them, and insert them into the ecological bottle.

Bamboo weaving/竹艺手编

设计说明:介绍竹编的历史、工艺流程、常见编法和实际操作步骤,引导学习者掌握竹编技艺。课程内容包括平底编织法用于制作扇子,以及四角孔编法用于制作立体竹筐。

Introduce the history, process, common weaving methods and practical steps of bamboo weaving, and guide learners to master the skills of bamboo weaving. The course content includes flat bottom weaving method for making fans, and four corner hole weaving method for making three-dimensional bamboo baskets.

Sound of nature/自然乐声

设计说明: 制作专属风铃,引导参与者了解风铃的起源和文化内涵。课程内容包括使用树枝、麻绳、手工剪刀和热熔胶枪等工具,按照步骤制作风铃,如修剪树枝、缠绕麻绳、制作挂钩、挂上悬挂物等。

Create a custom wind chime to guide participants in understanding the origin and cultural significance of wind chimes. The course content includes using tools such as branches, hemp rope, craft scissors, and a hot melt glue gun to make the wind chime step by step, such as trimming branches, wrapping hemp rope, making hooks, and hanging decorations.

Make a Cactus/做个仙人掌吧

设计说明:通过一系列简单有趣的步骤,引导参与者利用手套、纸杯、吸管、颜料等材料,制作一个创意仙人掌模型。课程内容包括给手套造型、组合纸杯与手套、吹气膨胀、上色和装饰等环节。

Through a series of simple and interesting steps, participants are guided to use gloves, paper cups, straws, paints and other materials to make a creative cactus model. The course content includes shaping gloves, combining paper cups with gloves, blowing up, coloring and decorating.

Space Bear/太空熊

设计说明:该课程设计以“太空熊的救援任务”为主题,通过制作旋转星球玩具,引导孩子们学习太阳系八大行星的知识。课程内容包括使用纸板、卡纸、木棍和黏土等材料,动手制作一个可以旋转的星球模型。孩子们在制作过程中不仅能锻炼手工能力,还能了解行星运转的基本原理,同时培养解决问题的能力和团队合作精神。

This course design focuses on the theme of "The Rescue Mission of the Space Bear." By making a spinning planet toy, it guides children to learn about the eight planets in the solar system. The course content includes using materials such as cardboard, cardstock, sticks, and clay to create a rotatable planet model. In the process of making the model, children can not only develop their manual skills but also understand the basic principles of planetary movement, while cultivating problem-solving abilities and teamwork spirit.

Whale Rescue Program/鲸鱼拯救计划

设计说明:该课程设计以“鲸鱼拯救计划”为主题,通过制作纸板迷宫,引导孩子们帮助搁浅的鲸鱼回到大海。课程内容包括利用纸板、小粘土球、绿豆、美工刀、热熔胶等材料,制作一个迷宫装置。孩子们在动手过程中不仅锻炼了手工能力和空间思维能力,还能了解鲸鱼的生态知识,培养环保意识和解决问题的能力。

This course design focuses on the theme of "Whale Rescue Plan," guiding children to help stranded whales return to the sea by creating a cardboard maze. The course content includes using materials such as cardboard, small clay balls, mung beans, craft knives, and hot melt glue to make a maze installation. Through hands-on activities, children not only develop their manual skills and spatial thinking but also gain knowledge about whale ecology, fostering environmental awareness and problem-solving abilities.

Building human towers by paper/纸上“叠罗汉”

设计说明:该课程设计以纸上“叠罗汉”为主题,参与者可以通过动手制作纸艺小人并将其拼接成立体结构,模拟传统体育游戏中人们相互叠加成塔的景象。孩子们在活动中学习到西班牙和中国关于叠罗汉的历史文化背景,体验团体合作的重要性。

This course design focuses on the theme of "human pyramids" on paper. Participants can create small paper figures and assemble them into three-dimensional structures, simulating the scene in traditional sports games where people stack themselves into towers. Through this activity, children learn about the historical and cultural backgrounds of human pyramids in Spain and China, experiencing the importance of teamwork.

This course design focuses on the theme of "Waste Sorting Handcraft Day." Through making four types of trash bins and playing waste sorting games, participants are guided to learn about waste classification knowledge. The course content includes recognizing four types of waste (hazardous waste, kitchen waste, recyclable waste, and other waste), and using materials such as grid cardboard, scissors, double-sided tape, craft knives, and markers to make trash bins.

The Shape Of The World/世界的形状

This course design focuses on the theme of "The Shape of the World," guiding children through stories to help small animals that have been transformed into geometric shapes return to their original forms. The course content includes using materials such as colored ropes, perforated wooden boards, foam boards, and cardstock to cut out parts of the small animals body (such as head, wings, and body) in geometric shapes, and then connecting them with ropes on the wooden board to complete the puzzle.

Fun Pet Basketball Cup/趣味宠物投篮杯

设计说明:该课程设计以“趣味宠物投篮杯”为主题,通过制作动物形象的篮球杯玩具,引导孩子发挥创造力。课程内容包括使用彩色卡纸、一次性纸杯、乒乓球、彩带、木棍等材料,以及剪刀、胶水、胶带等工具,按照步骤制作动物身体、装饰细节、粘贴棍棒和球,并为动物绘制表情。

This course design focuses on the theme of "Fun Pet Basketball Cup," guiding children to unleash their creativity by making animal-shaped basketball cups. The course content includes using colored cardstock, disposable paper cups, ping-pong balls, ribbons, wooden sticks, as well as tools such as scissors, glue, and tape. Students will follow steps to create animal bodies, decorate details, attach sticks and balls, and draw expressions for the animals.

Mega water diversion/南水北调

设计说明:该课程设计以“南水北调计划”为背景,通过趣味水车制作引导孩子了解水资源转移的重要性。课程内容包括介绍南水北调工程的意义、古代运水方式,以及通过手工制作一个能够运水的水车。孩子们将使用轻木条、木板、竹棒、瓶盖等材料,按照步骤完成水车的组装和装饰。

This course design is set against the backdrop of the "South-to-North Water Diversion Project," guiding children to understand the importance of water resource transfer through an engaging water wheel project. The course content includes an introduction to the significance of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project, ancient water transport methods, and creating a water wheel by hand. Children will use materials such as light wooden strips, wooden boards, bamboo sticks, and bottle caps to assemble and decorate the water wheel according to the steps.

Shaking Shaking Egg/摇摇摇摇蛋

设计说明:将小磁铁放入气球中,并用皮筋扎紧气球口,确保磁铁固定不动。然后小心地翻转气球并用打气筒吹大气球至理想的大小。可以在气球表面用马克笔画上自己喜欢的图案,或者用粘土捏制各种形状并粘贴到气球上。

Place the small magnet inside the balloon and secure the balloons opening with a rubber band to ensure the magnet remains fixed in place. Then carefully flip the balloon over and inflate it to your desired size using a pump. You can draw your favorite patterns on the surface of the balloon or mold various shapes out of clay and attach them to the balloon.

This course design focuses on the theme of "Animal Shake-a-Long," guiding children to unleash their creativity and hands-on skills by making animal-shaped roly-poly toys. The course content includes using bottle caps, small stones, cardstock, markers, and other materials to create rabbit or other animal-shaped roly-poly toys step by step.

Little Knight/小小骑士

This course design focuses on the theme of "Little Knights." By handcrafting a movable knight toy, it aims to guide children to unleash their creativity and practical skills. The course content includes using thick corrugated cardboard, wire, plywood, wooden sticks, colored printed pictures, small magnets, as well as tools such as compasses, pencils, craft knives, scissors, pliers, and glue to complete the knight toy according to the steps.

Illusory Vortex Spinner/视错陀螺

设计说明:该课程设计以“视错陀螺”为主题,通过制作带有视觉错觉图案的陀螺,引导孩子探索视觉感知的奥秘。课程内容包括使用松木板、圆木棍、硅胶垫、502胶水等材料,以及手捻钻、线锯、小圆锉、画笔等工具,按照步骤完成陀螺的制作。

This course design focuses on the theme of "Illusory Vortex Spinner," guiding children to explore the mysteries of visual perception through creating tops with visually deceptive patterns. The course content includes materials such as pine boards, round wooden sticks, silicone pads, and 502 glue, as well as tools like hand drills, wire saws, small round files, and brushes, to complete the spinning top-making process step by step.

Rocket Making/火箭手作活动

设计说明:该课程设计以“火箭手作活动”为主题,通过制作小火箭模型,引导孩子了解火箭的基本结构和原理。课程内容包括使用A2硬卡纸、A4彩色折纸、木棍、圆木片等材料,以及剪刀、双面胶、快干白胶、直尺、黑笔等工具,按照步骤完成火箭的制作,如绘制火箭形状、组装木棍和圆木片、装饰火箭等。

This course design focuses on the theme of "Rocket Making, " guiding children to understand the basic structure and principles of rockets through the creation of small rocket models. The course content includes using materials such as A2 cardboard, A4 colored origami paper, wooden sticks, and round wood pieces, along with tools like scissors, double-sided tape, quick-dry white glue, rulers, and black pens. Students will follow steps to complete the rocket-making process, including drawing the rocket shape, assembling the wooden sticks and round wood pieces, and decorating the rocket.

Handmade Bamboo Dragonfly/手作竹蜻蜓

设计说明:该课程设计以“手作竹蜻蜓”为主题,通过制作竹蜻蜓模型,引导孩子了解简单的空气动力学原理。课程内容包括使用美工刀、直尺、竹条、木棒、502胶水等材料和工具,按照步骤完成竹蜻蜓的制作,如标记和切割竹条、扭转叶片、组装旋翼和木棒等。

This course design focuses on the theme of "Handmade Bamboo Dragonfly." By making bamboo dragonfly models, it guides children to understand basic principles of aerodynamics. The course content includes using materials and tools such as craft knives, rulers, bamboo strips, wooden sticks, and 502 glue to complete the construction of the bamboo dragonfly step by step, including marking and cutting bamboo strips, twisting the blades, assembling the rotors, and attaching the wooden stick.

THEARTER HANDMADE/手  作  剧  场

设计说明:该课程设计以“手作剧场”为主题,通过使用简单易得的纸箱和卡纸等材料,引导孩子们制作属于自己的剧场道具。课程内容包括材料和工具的介绍,以及剧场道具的制作过程。

This course design focuses on the theme of "Handmade Theater," guiding children to create their own theatrical props using readily available materials such as cardboard boxes and cardstock. The course content includes an introduction to materials and tools, as well as the process of making theater props.

This course design focuses on the theme of a "Shooting machine." By handcrafting a toy basketball machine, it aims to guide children in developing their creativity and practical skills. The course content includes using materials such as cardboard boxes, bottle caps, thin ropes, popsicle sticks, disposable paper cups, and colored paper, as well as tools like scissors, tape, solid glue, and double-sided tape. Students will follow steps to complete the construction of the basketball machine, including drawing outlines, cutting, making baskets, and backboards.

Powered awning boat/动力乌篷船

This course design focuses on the theme of "Powered awning boat." By handcrafting a powered bamboo canoe, it aims to guide participants in unleashing their creativity and practical skills. The course content includes using materials and tools such as bamboo strips, wooden sticks, glue, and saws to complete the construction of the canoe step by step. This involves bonding wooden pieces to form the hull frame, weaving bamboo strips to create the canopy, and assembling the power mechanism.

Fun Green Field/趣味绿茵场

设计说明:该课程设计以“趣味绿茵场”为主题,通过制作双人足球玩具,引导孩子动手制作属于自己的迷你足球场。课程内容包括使用瓦楞纸板、乒乓球、木棍、纸杯等材料,以及马克笔、剪刀、胶水等工具,按照步骤完成足球场的制作,如画上足球场线条、制作底座、插入竹签等。

This course design is themed around "Fun Green Field," guiding children to create their own mini football fields by making a pair of soccer toys. The course content includes using corrugated cardboard, ping-pong balls, wooden sticks, paper cups, as well as tools like markers, scissors, and glue, to complete the construction of the football field step by step, such as drawing the lines for the field, making the base, and inserting bamboo skewers.
